I’m glad most have had a good experience with this store, however mine was different and less than 1 star. My phone was damaged whilst the battery was replaced, and I was informed that it was like that when I brought it in. Apple Reading have confirmed that it was damaged during the replacement. Their own photograph actually shows no damage to my phone. I would avoid using this store and only use an Apple Store, not a third party - I have learnt the hard way. Staff could not communicate on a personal level, and grudgingly offering a free screen protector was an insult.

I have an issue with a Macbook that has a potentially faulty battery. I called them to book an appointment where I was quoted £250 for a topcase + battery replacement, which given it's Apple we talk about is not the most outrageous quote I expected. I agreed with the quote and proceeded to book the appointment.
Once I visited for the appointment, I was told at the store that I would have to pay a non-refundable £45 fee and then they would charge me "between £300-£400 for the repair". They could not give me a precise quote without paying the non-refundable £45.
I asked for the topcase and battery to be replaced anyway, no need to diagnose, if the problem persists that's fine, but I was told that they would have to charge the £45 anyway.
Wasted my time and now I have to travel to drop my laptop at an Apple Store where the diagnose is free (as it should be).

Needed to buy the iPad Pro 13 inch as I knew it's magnificents.
Met Lukas who was polite and professional and knowledgeable.
Then returned for Ollie to complete everything and also found him very professional and a knowledgeable and a amazing young guy.

It’s not an Apple Store. The registered company name is: Albion Computers Plc (read their reviews as well).
I should have read the other reviews first. This place turned out to be a complete waste of time and money for me.
I took my 5-month-old, barely-used laptop in due to a screen-flickering issue, and the first thing they told me was that they might charge me if I want to repair it because I in a limited warranty (the laptop condition is as good as new).
Anyway, I left the laptop with them as they promised an examination report within 24 hours.
After 24 hours, nothing was received. I called, and they said they would send the report email within minutes. 2 hours later, still nothing.
I ended up going back to the shop to pick up my laptop. There was no examination report, just a bunch of greasy prints on the keyboard.
PS: There’s also now a minor scratch on the Apple logo, but I didn’t have the energy to argue about it.
I will avoid shops with such dodgy practices at all costs.

The gentleman I dealt with in the Tunbridge Wells store was very helpful and friendly, and - having ordered the IPad Pro I wanted, as the shop didn’t have it in stock, I duly received it at home the next day. Excellent service, as per usual.

Used iStore website as I knew they were an official Apple reseller. I purchased an item from their clearance section. Their website is very well set out and easy to use. The item was received quickly via safe tracked delivery. It was, in my opinion, in better condition than they had graded it. Very happy. Recommended

Happened across the Crawley branch from using the torturous Apple help bot.
Elbowing colleague out the way saying “I’m the techie here” a lad informed us the bricked iPhone 13pro, in a boot loop, was worthless. We could forget about data recovery and as it was purchased via Back market it would never work again, apparently their reviews are an AI generated lie. Glad my 13 year old son had the experience, particularly when Hazelden in Redhill recognised the issue over the phone and fixed the phone completely when part arrived.

Needed to replace the battery in a 2020 model phone but was worried that they might not stock that particular battery. Phone called made to Woking branch, helpful staff physically checked one was in stock, so I wasn't going to make a wasted trip. Booked in and was seen immediately, everything explained well and help given to me as I had not been able to disable some of the security settings as required. Also a bit of patience shown as I needed my Apple account password, which of course I didn't have to hand! Work done within about 90 minutes, and phone up and running properly straight away. All in all a pleasant stress free experience.
