However, my collaboration with Aleksandr was nothing short of exceptional. He had the unique ability to take a mere concept I had envisioned and transform it into a concrete, impressive reality. It’s a scam platform. I hired a developer but was a really bad experience since she didn’t deliver anything for weeks so I canceled the project. Then months later IThire tried to charge my card 2 times, with 1200$ then 200$, out of nowhere. Fortunately I had no money on the card that I had on file. I reached out to customer service to ask to remove my card but without any success, they completely ignored me. Now I don’t feel safe using that card anymore so I had to block it and order a new one. Total scammers and it’s outrageous that they dare to conduct business this way…

Their customer support is subpar. I strongly advise against using this platform. They send emails about charges on Friday after hours, which often go unnoticed for a couple of days due to the weekend. My attempts to contact their customer support team through live chat proved unfruitful as the chat remained unresponsive for over an hour with no reply. While I cannot generalize about all freelancers, my experience unfortunately turned out to be a waste of time. If you can, I strongly recommend avoiding this platform to save yourself the hassle.
Update: A customer service representative contacted me via email. I'm unsure why they have a live chat box if they're not able to address and resolve issues promptly. Unfortunately, my problem wasn't fixed at all. It seems that this platform may not thoroughly verify the real identity of freelancers. The freelancer I dealt with, KARA OMER, turned out to be a scam. Even though that might not be her real name, it raises concerns about the potential presence of multiple accounts like this. I advise people to exercise caution and be careful when dealing with freelancers on this platform.

The freelancer I got was really bad and now about 6 months later they tried to book money from my account. Never again!

Got asked by a freelance developer to hire them through this site after an initial conversation. Not thinking much of it I agreed. Firstly the developer was not a developer by any means and had absolutely no idea how to solve the issue on the site so I cancelled the contract (my basic knowledge of coding working as a digital marketer far surpassed hers). Secondly they charged over $1000 weeks later for no apparent reason? We got the money back thankfully but others please NEVER use this company.

It’s a scam platform! Beware! They’ve tried billing my paypal for 2500$ and 1250$ in automatic payment setup, and have setup the payment to be processed 1 day after they have set this up. They’ve set it up on saturday so I wouldn’t see it until monday and the payment would have been processed. Very risky! Do not ever register!

Edit: They have tried contacting me and scaring me that they would pursue legal action to remove this review, because it is "not truthful". I wish there was a way to shut down a site based on public vote, because this one truly deserves to be shutdown.

Like others here, I've been charged for absolutely no reason: $1800 out of no where. Long after I have completed my freelancer contracts. On top of that, both freelancers I hired through IT Hire were horrendously bad, did not respond to messages, and charged me for work they never did.

Take your work to a more reputable platform.
