Unbelievably poor service. Bought a pair of shoes from Ivachy through Debenhams. I wanted to return them and was told to email them to request this. I did this within the stated timeframe but Ivachy ignored it. It has taken literally months of emails through Debenhams for them to now come back and tell me Ivachy refuse to accept the return. The worst customer service I have ever received. Avoid at all costs.

With regard to the reply. The email from Ivachy was not received either in my inbox or junk. I have checked and rechecked numerous times. It is also strange that there was no mention of this email in any of the previous correspondence I have had regarding this complaint through Debenhams. You have my details, please send evidence of the email sent.

Two pairs sandals returned but only refunded for one pair. Ivachy are adamant they only received one pair of sandals. I have been checking to see if this is a common problem and yes it is many people have had the same problem with various companies where they send back 3 or 4 items in one package and are only refunded for a couple of items and the companies are adamant they only received two items, so this is obviously a scam, which is what has happened to me. In their reply to my review Ivachy said that they have been contacting me constantly and have a photo of the parcel on arrival (how convenient) apart from the response to my review I have heard nothing and I am very interested to this photo.

Great service. Although the delivery information was inaccurate, and they took a while longer to arrive than we were initially told, but this was Amazon delivery's fault and not the retailer. They were received within the timeframe initially advised to us on ordering. The product is great, stylish, comfortable, just what we wanted.

I bought 2 pairs of sandals from Ivachy, one through a third platform and one though the website directly. I would advise to buy from the website directly because the experience is so much better, they dispatch on the same day and mine has arrived next day. However, when I purchased through a third platform their response time is much slower. I think is because it takes time for the platform to process the message and send it to the seller, which is why the experience was not great. But when I purchased through the website directly their response was much faster. The process was smooth and easy. Would definitely recommend to buy though their website

I have purchased a pairs of ballet shoes from IVACHY and my experience was excellent. The only issued I had is that when I purchased the shoe I used Apple Pay directly so I did not create and account with IVACHY so I did not received any email confirmations. However, when I email their customer service they explained to me that the order has been processed and was already shipped! So fast! I received in the next day. Smooth and easy. Very happy

Bought 2 pairs of wedge sandals for my wife. She loves them . They are different and very good quality

The order was simple and straight forward. The delivery was accurate as per description online. The package has no damage, tidy and smart. The item almost fit perfectly - perhaps an option for wider fit, but other than that, it is how exactly how it was described as per on line.. I’ll certainly would order again from Ivancy.

I received wrong colour boots at Xmas I emailed several times and sent photo and order number after second reply then have had no response since to last few emails to advise me how to send back and receive the correct pair of boots

I ordered bow shoes and payed next day delivery I didn’t get it the next day so I emailed and they got back to me they said sorry for it and that they would refund my delivery it soon came and Im in love with the shoes.

I bought a pair of men’s boots which were a poor fit, so I requested a refund. Shockingly poor response after I sent 4 e mails. After 3 weeks of trying to get a response from their various e mail addresses, I’m beginning to think this could be a scam. I hope I’m wrong. No clear returns route.i do not trust this company therefore. Why display several (3) different e mails for returns with no replies? Please check webpage contents for mails shown when making a return.

I've bought 5 different pairs of sandals from this company. They were comfortable pretty sandals. Unfortunately they've only ever lasted for less than 9 months. Most recent last 5 weeks. Very poor quality - always straps that break.
