Lovely Sandals

Super fast delivery
I bought a pair in Debenhams and discovered this brand. I absolutely love the shoes! And they arrived really fast as well. It arrived in 2 days. I was quite impressed.

Unprompted review
Had issues, but they dealt with it swiftly.
Ordered from official site 1) they sent a 5.5 instead of 6, 2) there were marks on one of the sandals 3)there was a big crease in the leather where it looks like someone had pushed it in the box with no thought causing it to bend out if shape.
I should have kept amazon one which was correct but it was cheaper on their official site. The sandals were of great quality, well made.
Update: communication and response
time was good and they responded within the day. They are retifying the issue, which I'm grateful for. Thank you.

Excellent customer service
I loved the shoes but unfortunately I had to return them as they were a little tight - excellent customer service as soon as I emailed a reply was sent quickly informing me how to return them. As soon as they were received a refund was sent immediately. A big well done all round.
