Outstanding customer service
I ordered a set of drumsticks from this outlet but Evri the courers delivered them to the bin store down stairs because they couldnt be bothered to walk up one flight of stairs to deliver them,so they subsequently got stolen as they were in a public accessable area.Evri didnt seem to be at all bothered nor could i phone them to complain so i phoned tom at Ivor Mairants directly and explaind what happened.He was amazing and told me he would send another set out straight away by DPD this time to arrive next day in which they did.His customer service was second to none so i will definatly be using them again in the future.Not only did i recieive my sticks before my gig saturday night but i just rehearsed with them and they are perfectly balanced along with being bang on my preferred weight.Absolute Quality product.I cant thank you enough tom well done.

Incredibly good value considering pre-owned versions of this guitar are often more expensive.
Great build quality, superb Fishman Rare Earth Blend pick-up, and a Kinsman fitted case.

The guitars under the Vintage brand are fantastic. The use of FedEx for shipping to the US. Isn't the best choice. I ordered a new guitar on 2 February it shipped out on 5 February via fedex and has yet to arrive. Tracking hasn't updated in four days. Keep selling great guitars, use a better delivery service.
