I ordered some flexible denture product from them because I broke a tooth and have been trying to avoid some enormous dental bills I face for dental surgery and follow up for implants or denture bridges until I get other debts paid down first. So, they enticed me with a video that showed people inserting their flexible dentures and could go out to dinner or mingle sociably without having to hide a smile. I guess I was gullible to think that something like this existed but I took a chance for $40. Okay, they got me for $40, but what made me mad was they charged me another $79 a couple weeks later for something I did not order. I contacted my bank and they canceled my credit card and replaced with a new card. I was without my bank card for about 2 weeks while I waited for a new one. I was embarrassed that I got scammed as my bank had initially denied the charge, but I told them that I was willing to take a chance on the dentures which turned out to be something that looks like cheap plastic fangs for Halloween. The joke was on me! I guess my bank knew this outfit was a scam and I should have listened to them the first time. Avoid Jack 'n Jill at all costs!

Hello ordered those translating earbuds on November 24,2024. Have not recieved. Sent two emails no response. It's December 12 no package. I feel scammed due to lack of response!

Beware scam!!! Never received product. My card was just charged a random 29.95 from them,and the tracking number has no information to show how or where my package is.

I ordered one on October 31 today is November 11. I still have not received the product and they had the nerve to charge me an additional $29.99 for something else that I did not order they are scammers not to be trusted, there’s no phone number to call or website get in touch with them, don’t buy from them. Amazon has the same product.

My package was stolen so I never received my items. I will no longer order from this company if you're going to continue to use DHL because they ship their items through USPS instead of bringing the package to your door and they did not place my package inside my mailbox but left it on top of the mailbox. This is the second package that has been stolen from me since dealing with this company. I also changed my shipping address before processing my order but it somehow defaulted to my address and was shipped to me where it was stolen.

So I ordered a dildo, lube, and boxers to hold the dildo. The dildo and lube are great. The boxers however didn’t last not even 1 night. I went to put in one of my dildos into the boxers and I got the ring part halfway down the shaft of the dildo and my thumb when straight through the cloth and it went all down hill from there. I couldn’t even get the dildo out of the boxers without ripping the boxers more. By the time I got the dildo out, the boxers had to be trashed, they were beyond all repair. The disco and lube- 5/5. The boxers- 0/5. Currently looking for a replacement strap- on harness.

I ordered many products which came in two “shipping” envelopes. I did not open some of the individual products. However, the company would not let me return individual products that were still taped shut/never opened. I spent a lot of money. Their policy says once “shipping” envelope was open, there are no returns. I believe that is an unjust policy. This is only about profit vs customer. I’ll never buy from them again. And, tell my disappointment to anyone that will listen-any and all social media.

I purchased viberators online that ended up too small. Your add did not have any measurements and the pictures tend to mis represent the size. I probably will not be purchasing online any more.

Did not have any instructions or info on the product and turned out to be a toy for a man that was well endowed!! I am regular size so have no use for it.
