My Grade 11 listed property with numerous contraventions proved extremely difficult to sell over an extended period of time.The presentation and marketing attracted multiple viewings, but potential purchasers were not prepared to accept the cover provided by the unambiguous, comprehensive indemnity.
Despite the uphill head wind battle, my agents accepted I could not accept any of the numerous low ball offers and persevered and eventually got it over the line. Since I'm away a lot I entrusted the agents to open up and show to house and I cannot think of one area where they fell short or wanting in their combined effort. On several occasions I overheard Tracy as she patiently explained details,her nuanced thinking combined with her personality just hit the right note every time.
There is no doubt the whole team at Woburn office are great but I must give a shout out to both Tracy and Anthony for the very professional job they did on behalf. Thank you all very much !!
