We are grateful to the agents at Woburn who sold our family home. They were professional and tenacious in finding us a buyer and then managing a plethora of queries from him. Although the experience was protracted and the outcome not quite all that we hoped for, in a difficult market we appreciated the advice we were given and consider the experience a success.

Very quick response to our plumbing issues

We reported a fault with a plug in the downstairs loo and Rhian dealt with the matter quickly and efficiently. The plumber attended at our convenience and Rhian ensured we were kept in the loop.

Five stars for Alice Creighton, property manager at Jackson-Stops. Whenever I’ve contacted Alice, she replied and acted on the request diligently and professionally. I realise the difficulty of keeping the tenant happy and finding an appropriate company for the task. Alice deals with this demanding job very efficiently. She’s a lovely person and the best I’ve seen over 40 years. She’s a gem.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service I receive from Loren Pogue at JS.She is incredibly efficient and always so helpful whenever any issues arise-nothing is ever too much trouble for her. She handles everything promptly and professionally, and she's an absolute delight to deal with. It's rare to find someone so reliable and pleasant in this industry. A real asset to the team!

Jackson Stops managed a property I was renting and Jess was my main contact. I have rented for a number of years and they were the best agents I have had in a rental by a longshot. Always responsive, happy to help and it felt like Jess really went above and beyond to sort out any issues that came up. Count yourself lucky if Jess is your managing agent!

Ihave dealt with many estate agents in my time regarding Property Management if you are looking for someone to look after your property I cannot recommend Alice Creighton of Jackson Stopps Property Manager.
She is a super young lady attending to any jobs or repairs needed in a very professional manner. She goes well beyond her duties. Alice shows you so much interest in what you have to report to her and acts upon it immediately. The experience I have had many other people feel the same. Alice gets jobs done extremely very quickly. She is an asset to any company. She is helpful in every respect, Property Management is not an easy job but she carries everything efficiently and professionally. It’s very rare you can find someone so diligent and hard working as Alice.
