From a buyer's perspective, I found Jackson Stops to be very professional, competent, friendly, responsive and motivated. They did all they could to expedite a protracted/difficult conveyancing process. Would not hesitate to engage their services when selling in the future.

We have recently been through the process of selling a house for my Sister. Due to outside forces the task took a while to complete .Thankfully we had Jackson- Stops .co.uk and their Anthony Inskip working tirelessly for us. Their knowledge of the sales market and list of contacts allowed us to be confident that everything would work out in the end and it did.

In a very tricky market Jackson Stops Lindfield Sussex Branch navigated us through two house sales in 2024. One of which involved a very tricky and volatile chain.
Our main pointing contact Freddie Dryden was outstanding and nursed our furrowed brows constantly to completing both sales. The whole office led by Toby Whittome were so helpful. Cannot recommend this office highly enough.

Jess at Jackson-Stops Teddington has been an outstanding partner in managing my property. I completely trust her to handle everything with professionalism and care, and she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly.

For example, when the tenants broke both the fridge and washing machine, Jess promptly arranged for repair professionals to assess the situation. When it became clear the appliances couldn’t be fixed, she provided 3-4 replacement options at varying price points, all of which were cost-effective and competitive with retailers on the high street. Jess always ensures there are multiple quotes for repairs or replacements, giving me confidence that I’m getting the best value for money. She then seamlessly arranged for the replacements, ensuring minimal disruption for the tenants.
Beyond this, Jess also takes the time to speak with tenants to ensure they are respectful of the flat, maintaining a good relationship while safeguarding the property. Her attention to detail, transparency, and commitment to both landlord and tenant needs make her an invaluable property manager. I couldn’t recommend Jess and the Teddington team more highly.

Amelia and staff at the Wimbledon office could not have been more helpful or understanding, in the process of letting my property. Harry and Amelia were particularly helpful.
