Exceptional Service, with good communication. I ordered by phone and email after looking at the guide on their website for measurements needed, it was simple and delivery was when advised for my oak bannister with toughened glass and handrail.
All looks superb when our carpenter fitted it.

I bought the HDR Oak Handrail and nickel plated accessories from J&JStairparts. Called Karen in sales to discuss finishes and sent me a sample of the handrail and finish in advance. It helped making my mind up on colour. She took my order and advised on delivery schedule throughout at the same time being very courteous. The handrail and parts all arrived as stated and very well protected. The handrail looks great and would definitely buy again from J&J Stairparts. Makes a change when a company gets it right first time.

I phoned yesterday to arrange a collection at 08:00 hrs this morning. The workshop was open when I arrived at 07:50 and the parts ready and waiting. Excellent service. I have an oak staircase and landing to renew shortly and I will be looking to this company for supplies.

The products arrived really quickly, well packaged and are well made. I had to speak to the office a few times about measurements etc and they were very helpful - always on the end of the phone (and quick on email too!)

Was an excellent experience, and the ONLY reason I haven’t given 5 stars is that I didn’t find the instructions as to what measurements were required very clear - so I got it wrong. However, the CAD drawing sent before manufacture showed me where I’d gone wrong and I was able to correct it easily. Delivery was exactly when promised and overall the service was excellent.

I found JandJstairparts on line when I was looking for a company to supply glass panels to upgrade my old staircase. I sent off an enquiry using their easy to use measuring diagrams from the web site. I received a quote which was within my budget so I ordered all the parts I needed. A CAD drawing of the glass panels was sent for my approval before proceeding. I had a couple of small problems which were sorted out quickly. My upgraded staircase looks fabulous. Not helpful at all. The website is impossible to read from a mobile phone as there is far too much info on one page. Trying to get help from sales staff in office is like trying to squeeze blood out of a stone!

I was let down by a local supplier and it was a leap of faith ordering oak spindles and hand rail for a stair refurb off the internet. I needn't have been concerned. The materials supplied were of an excellent quality and well packaged. I would recommend this company.

JandJstairparts - they have been brilliant. I needed a handrail for our stairs following my wife breaking her hip so that she could get up stairs, I ordered the parts expecting a 5 to 8 day delivery, they delivered them in 2.5 days, very well packaged. Their staff were very helpful, friendly and responded to my emails or called me back as promised. I'm very pleased with the quality of materials. My only small negative comment would be the quality of photos and colour on their website is not consistent. Great to deal with and 10/10 for service
