In 2015 I bought some hand rails and spindles that I collected from the factory and the lady on site was really helpful. I decided I wanted to add another handrail to the stairs (after falling down a few steps!) and was really pleased to find they still make the same handrail. Despite one being eleven years older, the colour match is pretty good, so a testament to the quality of the lacquer on the products.

Great service, we called as we needed a quick delivery due to missing something off our first order and they sorted it for us to get us the items the next day! Great service!

Only had a small order of two hand rails and brackets which was for my elderly father who need some additional support to climb the stairs following a sudden deterioration in his mobility. Sales team were empathic and respectful of my ask. They got the product made and delivery out quickly. Andrew in the Sales Team took care of me personally responding to emails quickly. Great experience and I am very grateful for their support. I've just got to fit it now!!

Price was excellent compared to the local home supermarket. Received the time they said they would, but what impressed was the packaging. Very professional, would definitely recommend.

I ordered pre finished oak handrail and fittings and quickly received confirmation. I subsequently changed the finish of the fittings which was no problem at all and again confirmed back to me.
When it was all delivered, it was very (!) securely wrapped for transport.
All now fitted and I couldn’t be happier. The oak and fittings are of the highest quality, very impressed.
Karen and the team couldn’t have been more helpful, a refreshing change from a lot of the suppliers online.

I rewuired a custom infill size and j and j stairs made it for me.
I made a miss communication on sizes for Newel Caps and Karen was able to sort it out.

Excellent service from J&J Stairparts. Karen was really helpful in taking the order, the goods were dispatched and delivered on schedule, they were really securely packaged and well protected from any possible damage in transit, and the quality of the product was excellent. Highly recommended.

Great service. I measured dimensions incorrectly but they double check and saved me a costly mistake. Glass arrived in good time and looks great.

Having suffered some water damage it seemed an opportune moment to renew our dated staircase, having looked around I came across J&J who from the initial inquiry were prompt, professional, helpful and also competitive.

It took me a while to sort out the order as I had several queries, but they were all answered patiently by Karen. Once ordered the delivery arrived within a few days and to schedule, by a very helpful driver.

The white oak rails and 10mm glass were all very well packaged, but be aware they are quite heavy.All was in order and I was impressed with the quality of the finish, so it was then on with the task as I was fitting the landing, rails and banister myself.

The landing was quite straightforward but a slight issue occurred with stairs vs the glass height, James quickly gave me a solution which worked out slightly better, but then kindly provided some oak newel caps which I'd forgotten to order.

The effect is exactly as I hoped, I'm very pleased with the look and quality of the finish.

Its a little unusual to find companies who go that extra step these days, but this is one. I therefore have no hesitation in recommending J&J Stairparts

Decided to give an old staircase a new look and came across jandjstairparts. They had good reviews and I can now see why. I contacted the sales team,Andrew and Karen, with a plan of what I wanted to achieve. Andrew came back to me having noticed a couple of possible problems which were sorted out though it occurred to me that in doing so he could have lost a sale. I ordered what was required to do the job, all oak, and when it arrived it was all really nice. Had to then get glass cut which we had a slight problem with but once again this was sorted out with minimal hassle. I’m short these guys will treat you with honesty and in a very friendly manner. Top company.

I ordered a wooden handrail and fittings for my stairs. I forgot to include the lacquer option, but the team held back my order from collection by the delivery company so this could be changed. The handrail was beautiful once received and looks great on my stairs.

What can i say, They go the extra mile in helping people like me out who needed a lot of help.

What outstanding customer service,I ordered some parts for a staircase 2 months before I needed them fitting,found a problem come fitting day dropped them an email and 2 days later problem solved. Awesome customer service.
You never know how good customer service is till you need it and these guys are exceptional.
