I bought a Japan import car from this company which is managed by a hobbbling Chinese. I am not discrimination in Gosport. I just alert people who buy car from this guy. Two weeks after that, the car had some problems. He told me it was easy to find any garage to fix the car easily. I access most of the garages, they don't know how to fix it. He introduced one garage for me. That garage made the problems more serious. It had broken down for several months. During this period, he provided courtesy car. When someone wanted to buy the courtesy car, he charged another car for me. All the courtesy car had defects which affect the car running. I responded the problem to him but he told me that the buyers of them said nothing on it. I asked him something about my car. I found that he dont know much of car technically. Finally, I got a garage know more about this Japan import car. He played some tricks on the ECU so that the car could work better but after that the car could be be driven without car key. I request him for refund. He told me that it is not his fault. He could only pay around 60% original price to get the car back. He told me he need to earn money. What I can suggest is that if you buy car from this company, u must have preparation for you should fix the car by yourself.

Such a great car buying experience. Steven is a genuine guy and will give us support in the future too, very helpful with a Japanese imported vehicle. Very happy with our Nissan Cube and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend Japan Autos.

Steven was a pleasure to deal with from staff to finish!

I enquired about a freshly imported Honda Stepwagon for sale. As I wanted to minimise travelling with my young lad I asked to as much information on the car as possible prior to travel. Steven sent me a walk around HD video of the interior and exterior, highlighting the smallest of age related marks so I knew exactly what to expect. I was happy and I sent a deposit for the vehicle.

A week later I went to collect the vehicle, it was exactly as described, Steven spent a long time with us making sure me and my wife liked it and most importantly it got the approval of little boss! The handover was excellent, we were shown how every single feature of the car worked, we both test drove and Steven made sure we were both 100 percent happy to buy! Of course we shook hands and had a lovely journey home in our new family bus.

On top of all this, Steven then offered to keep in touch in the future, he is sourcing us parts from Japan including some subtle modifications, an audio upgrade and interior upgrades. He also offered his ongoing support sourcing any parts for future maintenance and advice.

To summarise having bought several used cars in the past, this has without a doubt been my most pleasant car buying experience, and that’s all down to the quality of vehicle and the high level of service provided, Steven really does offer the full package; not many out there like him. Would certainly get in touch for our next vehicle… maybe a nice weekend s2000 for me and the boy when he’s older! :)
