Jasmine have organised our holidays for many years now and I cannot fault them on any aspect. I give them an outline of what I want and then we have a number of conversations to hone the trip to our exact requirements. I must say Luke (my contact) has endless patience when I change my mind, want to add/take away something or investigate different flights. He now knows our preferences and makes sure we have experiences that fit both my and my husbands interests. Since we like to move around a fair bit when we get to a country, the arrangements can be complicated but Jasmine work with reputable local companies to ensure that the arrangements are seamless - cars, drivers, guides and accommodation have all been top notch. With regard to prices - they are extremely competitive compared to other much larger agencies we have travelled with - similar service at nearly double the cost with the other agencies! With Jasmine you don't get fancy Xmas hampers and costly promotional materials but excellent service at a good prices. I particularly like the selection of recommended accommodation. While we occasionally like a super posh hotel after and before a long flight especially, we loved the smaller boutique hotels, chalets and luxury tents we have stayed in on our travels. Off to Dubai and Thailand (again) for a month in Sept and Vietnam (again) in Feb/March - we love SE Asia and have travelled through all the countries - Jasmine ensuring we have a different experience on return trips - also had a fab holiday in Costa Rica organised by Jasmine. Highly recommended!

I see many positive reviews and we used them after a recommendation and because they were local. The main thing that surprised me was that I had no contact from them on my return and I think several aspects of the hotel choices and itinerary they made were rather poor. I was surprise they didn’t want to hear any feedback and probably only company I have ever used not to do so. Won’t use them again.

Tom at Jasmine Holidays excelled once again! His exceptional level of care and attention to detail meant that on a trip which involved internal flights, many different accommodations and guides, we could relax knowing that everything would be organized to perfection - and it was!

I know I am the most exacting of customers and that I constantly ask questions, ask for new aspects to be included and make changes to those already in place. However, Tom has the patience of a saint and always responds speedily to all the (I am sure!) finickity requests I make.

We loved every minute of our holiday. It was a trip that embraced so many different aspects of the country we visited (Peru) and we have returned not just with wonderful memories but also a clearer understanding of both Peru's history and geography.

The guides arranged via Jasmine Holidays are always superb; each of them being brilliant communicators, knowledgeable and also all extremely likeable and good company - surely the perfect combination of qualities for a guide!

Jasmine Holidays may not currently be as well known as some other travel companies but in my opinion, it is the one where true individual care and attention is given to each customer and I would not go anywhere else when planning a trip.

In our opinion, holidays should not just being a break away from the norm, but experiences that enrich our lives - our latest trip with Jasmine Holidays (as with all other trips previously) completely fulfilled that maxim.

When planning our trip to South America Tom communicated in a friendly, timely and efficient manner. We were provided with a comprehensive itinerary, with details of flights, transfers, accommodation and tours. During our holiday the tour guides were excellent and despite a flight delay our tours were rescheduled with ease. We would throughly recommend Tom and all the staff at Jasmine for a stress free holiday.

I had a wonderful 13 day holiday in Japan arranged by Tom. I did not have any prior experience of Japan and I was expertly guided through the possible options. Tom had a very detailed local knowledge of the places and could advise me on which hotel would best suit my needs and when to use tours and when to use a private guide.

Everything was very smoothly arranged and went very well while we were out there.

It was a real pleasure both arranging the holiday and then enjoying the holiday itself. Throughout the holiday, I always had immediate support for any questions I had.

This was the first holiday I booked with Jasmine. I shall definitely be coming back again for further holidays and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for a taylor made holiday.

Jamine were first class right from the start when we started to explore holidays in Vietnam.
Luke, our advisor, offered informative and unbiased advice, quickly understanding what it was we wanted from our holiday, and helped tailor our perfect package.
Whenever we had a query, someone was available on the phone, or by email, and communication throughout was second-to-none.
Just before departure, we were sent a link to an app which enabled us to see every last detail of the holiday, including pick up times from the airport and hotels, what was included in each leg of our three part holiday, and much more. This gave us a real sense of security as we could access this even from remote parts.
The hotels were superb, as were drivers, tour guides and trips. This felt like a real luxury holiday.
I would not hesitate to use Jasmine again as they really have expert knowledge and deliver a service which guarantees an incredible trip.

Tom planned us a brilliant trip to Singapore and Vietnam for our honeymoon. This is our second time now using Jasmine Holidays and the process has been absolutely seamless both times.

Almost all of your needs are met, and the incredibly kind and helpful staff working there helped me with any further queries I had prior to my trip. We were looking at the website when I realised we hadn't left reviews for the two previous holidays we had booked with Jasmine, to India in 2023 and last year to Japan.
Both were excellent, and in no small measure down to Tom at Jasmine for all his hard work and advice. He was always available to respond to our questions and accommodate our requests. He is the best travel professional I've ever dealt with.

I have just returned from a trip to Vietnam, a 7 night cruise up the Mekong delta and Cambodia. From the first contact with Jasmine, I felt my holiday wishes were listened to and a tailor made package provided. The hotels they suggested were fabulous, the boat was wonderful and the organisation first class. I will be booking with them again.

We have just arrived back from our 3rd holiday arranged by Jasmine and yet again we have had an amazing time. They have arranged our trips around India, Cambodia, Vietnam & Bali and this year Thailand. Each holiday was tailor made and I can’t fault any of the itineraries. Our guides & drivers have all been very knowledgeable, all our transfers have luckily ran to plan and we have stayed in some truly spectacular accommodation from home stays to 5*. The Sarojin was excellent in all respects and the travel arrangements worked well, despite the closure of Heathrow on our return day! But Etihad Airways looked after us well, putting us in a good hotel and arranging a return on the same scheduled flight 24 hours later.
This is the fourth holiday we’ve had arranged by Jasmine and all have exceeded our expectations. But this one was truly exceptional with hotel accommodation, setting, food and service first rate. Thank you Luke for persuading me to set aside my initial lack of enthusiasm.

Jasmine holidays put together quite a long and varied itinerary for us in South East Asia, they were very responsive at all times and quick to adapt the itinerary when we kept changing our minds. While we were away there was an issue with flights which they resolved before we even knew about it. Would highly recommend and would book with them again.

Fantastic experience. Luke and his team planned our Mexico trip which was designed so well, accomodated for our needs and also any last minute changes such as a cancelled flight. They have very good at communicating and helping to design our ideal trip. Their tour guide in Mexico City, Pepe, was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and ensured our trip went as smooth as possible!

Jasmine organized a complex tour for us to Peru and Ecuador, taking in Machu Pichu, the Andes, Coscu, Lima, Quito and the Galapagos islands. They worked with local tour companies to customize our trip and to ensure that all the connections and logistics, guides and hotels were organized. This is the second time we have used Jasmine to organized highly customized tours and would recommend them without hesitation.

This is the third tour that we have booked with Tom at Jasmine travel and had a brilliant time. All the many arrangements for flights, transfers, guides and hotels went very smoothly and we were able to travel with the minimum of paperwork thanks to Jasmine's travel app which contains all the necessary info and contact details. Tom and the team are always ready to help with recommendations, your specific requirements and are easy and responsive to contact when abroad. These are all important factors for planning and enjoying a relaxing trip to remember.
