We're just back from our amazing trip to Japan and China. This is our third trip with Jasmine Holidays and yet again a big thank you to Tom and team for organising another fantastic adventure!

Japan is a beautiful country and their itinerary enabled us to see so much and experience the wonderful people and their amazing culture. An unexpected highlight for us was the bus trip from Kanazawa to Takayama via Shirawara-go and Takayama itself - enhanced by the heavy snow! A wonderful experience.

China gave us the wow factor. It really blew us away. Harbin was a particular highlight - what a place and what an experience! From the amazing hotel with it's fantastic views over the city to the incredible snow and ice sculptures - fantastic! Our journey through China was incredible - the sheer scale of the cities and their infrastructure to the wonderful history (Terracotta Warriors was an amazing sight) and the amazing people.

We truly had an amazing time and a really wonderful rest and relaxation in Langkawi at the end. A fabulous hotel in a lovely place. A great way to end such a fantastic trip.

We definitely recommend Jasmine Holidays. We're now thinking about the next trip so will be contacting Tom shortly!

Tom and his team at Jasmine Holidays put together a wonderful package for us combining a South Africa safari followed by the Seychelles. From my initial contact with Tom, he was very professional and very prompt with his replies to my many questions. Everything on our holiday went without a hitch including all the pick-ups from airports and accommodations. Tom also made sure that we were notified well in advance when our flight to Seychelles was delayed by several hours and re-scheduled the driver who was collecting us from the accommodation. The price for the package was very competitive as I had made enquiries at another company for a similar holiday, which had been quoted at a much higher price.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jasmine Holidays and will certainly be back to use them again in the future.

We have just had the perfect holiday to Cambodia and Vietnam organised by jasmine holidays. hotels fabulous guides outstand friendly knowledgeable nothing to much trouble , tranceport and trancefers spot on Bhaya cruise magical Mekon River cruise lovely staff on both brilliant after a full on two weeks we were taken to phu quoc island for 6 nights it was a superb place to unwind cottages beautiful local restaurant and shops closed by perfection.

We have used Jasmine Holidays for a few years now, they are very professional, nothing is too much trouble to get you the perfect holiday. Luke was so helpful and couldn't do enough for us. All of the hotels we stayed in were fantastic, the transfers and all of the excursions on holiday were perfect. Everything went to plan and we were able to totally relax and not worry about anything. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Tom at Jasmin holidays was extremely helpful in booking our holiday in Vietnam and Cambodia. The hotels they recommended were excellent and all the guides superb. Will definitely recommend and use again.

We can’t recommend Jasmine Travel highly enough. We had an incredible adventure in India, from the Ganges cruise, to looking for tigers in Rathanbore and on to Shimla onboard the Himalayan Queen. Great guides, hotels, excursions, food and brilliant travel organisation. Amazing, thank you.

We just got back from an incredible trip to Thailand, organized by Jasmine Holidays, and it was perfect from start to finish! The itinerary was spot-on, giving us a great mix of sightseeing, culture, and relaxation.

In Chiang Mai, we loved our stay at a beautiful boutique hotel, with highlights like visiting an ethical elephant sanctuary and learning to cook Thai food. Our beach stay in Koh Samui was pure paradise, and Jasmine Holidays even arranged a private boat trip to nearby islands.

Everything ran smoothly, from transfers to accommodation, and the service from Jasmine Holidays was outstanding. They made the entire trip stress-free and unforgettable. Highly recommend booking your Thailand adventure with them!

My daughter and I booked a multi-destination trip to Borneo and Singapore through Jasmine Holidays. We received impeccable service from our travel agent, Tom, during the booking process. Tom was knowledgeable about the destinations and helped to create an itinerary that suited our needs. 

To our disappointment, the exemplary service we initially received did not extend beyond the point of booking. One of our flights was cancelled just minutes before its scheduled departure time, and the airline could not book us on another flight until the next day. While I fully acknowledge that this is no fault of Jasmine Holidays, I would have expected more support from the company in navigating the situation.

Jasmine Holidays does not operate a helpline which is open 24/7. Consequently, I could not contact them until their office opened. Such is problematic when travelling in Malaysia as the country is 7 hours in front of the UK. I called Jasmine Holidays and spoke to their receptionist, Dan. Dan assured me that someone would take the necessary action and call within one hour. One hour passed, and nobody called. So, I called Jasmine Holidays for a second time and spoke to another receptionist, Megan, who again promised someone would call in the hour. Shortly afterward, Tom called me and said he would try to contact our accommodation.

Despite his efforts, Tom did not receive confirmation from our accommodation that they would collect us from the airport. However, Tom was certain that somebody would be waiting at the airport based on his experience. As you can imagine, this did not invoke the peace of mind I needed.

To my relief, a transfer was waiting at the airport when we landed. I thought someone would have reached out from Jasmine Holidays to check in, but this did not happen.

Overall, Jasmine Holidays created a trip that my daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed, but their support when you are on holiday is shockingly poor. When you have spent £8,000 on a holiday, you would expect the travel company to care when things go wrong and work to put them right. Such was not demonstrated by Jasmine Holidays, and I will therefore be seeking the help of a different travel company for future trips and would urge anyone else who values after sales care to do the same. 

We have used this company on many occasions for various trips and holidays to India, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia over the last 13 years. We would recommend Phil and Tom without hesitation, especially if you want smaller hotels that the bigger companies often ignore.
Our last holiday in Thailand with Jasmine was to a hotel popular with local tourists and in area which had very few foreign tourists - which was ideal for us.

I enjoyed a tailor-made trip to Java, Sulawesi and Sumba in Indonesia. The arrangements were superb. The hotels were all good. In Java, the heritage hotels were absolutely superb.The itinerary was excellent ad enabled me to see everything I wanted to see of these beautiful islands and more. The guides and drivers were all first class.

We've travelled to Langkawi, Malaysia using Jasmine Holidays twice now and are in the process of booking again for 2025. Luke is extremely helpful when planning, making useful suggestions, particularly around timings, ensuring we take advantage of best deals and patiently answering our queries.

All the team members we've spoken to have been friendly and provided a great level of service.

Highly recommend Jasmine Holidays! Luke went above and beyond to help plan our perfect honeymoon.. very quick responses and nothing was too much trouble. We had plenty of choices to discuss and decide upon and Luke was so helpful with answering any questions.

We saw an awful lot in each of the venues, and learned a lot from all of the guides, both from their expertise in local history, but also from the lived experience of their families. The culture and history we absorbed made it much more than a holiday. And of course we enjoyed the food, sights, landscape, and the people we met. All the complex transport and expedition arrangements worked like clockwork and were well chosen. When we need help regarding a pick up time for delayed flight Jasmine responded quickly despite it being a UK bank holiday. The hotels were great, the staff were all really friendly and helpful, the whole experience was brilliant. Highlights included visiting Ankor Wat, Halong Bay,a stilt village, Mekong Delta, Saigon and Hanoi. More sobering but unmissable were the Killing Fields, and Cu Chi tunnels. Jasmine holidays did a great job, and we will be asking them to arrange our next trip.

We were very impressed by the guidance and patience of the member of staff, Luke, who helped plan our trip. There was flexibility, suggestion and advice and a personal service. Plus we feel it offered very good value for money. All of the hotels were excellent plus we had transfers and guides included which took away some of the stress of travelling over a reasonably short period of time. We will be using Jasmine holidays again - they were recommended by a friend and I will be recommending them to my friends....

The team at Jasmine organised a mostly self guided two week holiday for our family of six at very short notice. All the details were arranged quickly and smoothly and the use of the travel key app to list all documents, itinerary and much other information made a huge difference to enjoying the holiday. Their choice of hotels and transport etc was fantastic working with our budget. A couple of hiccups along the way but that was to be expected and they were immediately in touch subject to the time difference if we had problem or query. A very satisfactory experience from a very professional team Thank you.

Luke at Jasmine Holidays helped us create a fantastic trip to Malaysian Borneo that combined incredible wildlife encounters (orangutan, Bornean Pygmy elephants, Proboscis Monkeys, various Hornbills and much much more) with a really relaxing few days at the beach on Gaya Island and a couple of nights in Kuala Lumpur on the way out.
He gave us really helpful advice to build a trip that took us to beautiful destinations and hotels, whilst sticking within our stated budget, and the overall price was extremely good value having compared similar trips with other companies.
Jasmine Holidays also provided an excellent app which summarised all of the info that we needed (and which worked offline) and the whole trip ran like clockwork once we arrived.
Borneo is an amazing destination and we’d highly recommend arranging it through Jasmine Holidays.

have had 10 years of holidays arranged for us by Luke at Jasmine Travel, and can’t praise him enough. Very professional through and through, always does his best to get us the best prices on the air fares and accommodation .We have stayed many time at the Bo Phut resort in Koh Samui which is a beautiful resort,The accommodation is very Thai and set in wonderful gardens. The facilities and staff excellent. The pool and poolside restaurant area were well presented and maintained and this makes it an extremely well run hotel. Have stayed 11 times at Layana Koh Lanta , it’s Adults only on long beach with lots of bars and restaurants, which we love. Accommodation is in villas set in beautiful gardens. The staff very friendly and attentive, always with a smile. Two pools one an infinity overlooking the beach. Excellent restaurant which looks over the beach. Definitely our favourite place to stay on Koh Lanta
