Beautiful hotel

Been coming here for 4 years now, love the place, love the staff. Emad who’s the manager in Aurora restaurant can’t do enough for you, always checking everything is ok. Abdul who’s in the dunes restaurant is a really hard worker doesn’t stop, but yet manages to find the time to keep bringing you drinks coffee etc, the hotel is lovely, you’ve got so many choices with pools, if you want to relax you can go to quite pools, wave pool etc the food is good. I’ve not struggle to eat ever here, there’s some bad comments on here and I don’t understand why, it’s not the same basic food you’ve got 6 Alicante restaurants that serve completely different food, also you’ve got the two main restaurants, also you have bbq on most nights. There is more than enough to choose from, from start to finish the staff are so helpful even the lifeguards, always making sure your enjoying yourself. Asking if you need anything, cleaner always happy always smiling. In 4 years the 5times we have visited this hotel we have never had one problem. Never!! Oh I can’t forget Ahmed out of the Chinese restaurant! Watched him progress as worker to manager, what a really nice guy he is also. Honestly could go on all day about this hotel, but my comment is long enough, don’t let bad reviews put you off. Some people just can’t be pleased. You would love it here!!

Ok it was so bad there was so loud…and I don't recommend it for anybody and please if you just like to have a peaceful day I don't recommend it for you I just sat four days and I got horrible headache

Ok it was so bad there was so loud music that I couldn't even say and the staff is so sleepy and doesn't and there's no active people the most thing that I liked about them is the animation and there's only one so like mostly I don't like this hotel and is why I gave it one star and that what they deserve now all of people are clapping and I am starting to get angry but this is my last day so I will be happy as if I want and this is a terrible hotel I don't recommend for anyone

Staff v friendly lovely views. Food was a very big disappointment. Need to invest in decent food. Same thing almost everyday. Got to a point when I couldn’t wait to get out because of the smell. Very sickly. Would t stay here again.

Not bad

I have been to the resort with all inclusive package, and it is not bad, rooms are spacious with 2 beds and a large balcony ( old furniture) but I know you can pay extra from £40 to upgrade your room. Food is also ok but is the same every day on both restaurants that I went to, staff at the resort was ok, staff from tourism agencies will come by the beach or reception to sell their services (activities to Pyramid, orange bay...)and it's not included on the package, if you decide to go for trips expect the agencie staff to ask for tips. What I liked was the fact the after check out, you can leave your luggage at the luggage area and still hang around by the resort enjoying the pool, food/drinks or do whatever you want until it's time to leave to the airport.

The hotel has beautiful grounds and the rooms were clean, although the rooms are starting to look dated. The location is quite isolated with very few shops nearby. The food was disappointing and often not very tasty. The children’s menu was extremely limited, mainly consisting of chicken nuggets. Staff often seemed to expect tips before providing good service. Because there are very few alternatives outside the hotel, tourists can end up paying inflated prices for goods and services. Overall, the hotel has some positive points, but there is significant room for improvement.

I recently stayed at Jasmine Palace…

I recently stayed at Jasmine Palace Resort in Hurghada and unfortunately my experience did not meet my expectations.

The staff should be friendlier and more professional. While some employees were polite and helpful, others came across as rude and could benefit from better customer service training.

The food was one of the biggest disappointments. For an all-inclusive resort, the choices were very limited. The buffet offerings were extremely poor. At the main pool buffet, it was often just fries and low-quality chicken nuggets every day. The beach buffet usually offered some grilled meat, fries, and hot dogs, with very little variety.

Another major issue was the organisation of the buffets. Although they are scheduled to open at 12:30 pm, that is often when the cooking actually starts. This results in long queues while guests wait for a few pieces of meat to be prepared. After finally getting the meat, you then have to join another queue for fries, meaning your food is cold by the time you sit down. Portions were also very limited. I am completely against food waste and do not expect unlimited amounts, but if you ask for a little extra or are collecting food for family members instead of having everyone stand in the queue, staff often give strange looks or make comments.

Overall, the resort felt more like "limited inclusive" rather than all-inclusive. The information and opening times shown on the room leaflet were not updated and often inaccurate, which caused confusion.

Room cleaning could also be improved. The beds were made regularly, but the floors were often left dirty and did not appear to be wiped or cleaned during our stay.

Overall, I was disappointed with the service, food quality, and organisation. Unfortunately, I would not return to this resort and would not recommend it to others looking for a true all-inclusive experience.

Many pluses

The grounds are immaculate as was our room. Some staff are very friendly and helpful but others were not so.
The food was ok, it would be nice to have had the option to upgrade the food package which would make it 5 star. Again, the drinks quality was ok, an option to upgrade your package would give it another rating.
Overall it's a nice family resort but definitely not a 5 star.

Family spent 1st night sleeping in reception

We are booked to stay at this hotel for a week. We arrived at midnight to be told that there was no room ready and we would need to wait in reception for at least one and a half hours for a room!

Right now my 7 year old daughter is sleeping on a chair in reception. We asked the reception staff for a temporary room, a request they refused telling use we would just have to wait.

So we are spending the first night of our holiday sleeping in the hotel reception! What a great start to.our family holidays!

Really regretting booking this hotel.

The hotel is definitely recommended in terms of price-quality ratio. There are certainly better hotels in Egypt, but for us, this one was just fine. The rooms are indeed outdated, but they are cleaned thoroughly every day. After all, you’re not going on holiday for the room. The food is very tasty. The entertainment is also very good.

DONT EVEN CONSIDER GOING!

DONT EVEN CONSIDER GOING!! This has got to be the worst hotel I have been to and is never a 5 star!!! I only wish I could upload photos. If anyone knows how to upload photos please let me know. From arrival until departure we were constantly hassled for tips by the staff. The room cleaner actually knocked on our door and asked for tip, as did the first porter who took our cases to our room. The bed I was given to sleep in,on arrival, was disgusting, the bedding was totally grim, obviously never heard of Egyptian cotton!!! All bobbly and discoloured. The first mattress was filthy and when I went to get my phone to take a photo they run out of the room with it. On our first day we were hassled 5 times by the same chap called Adam to go to Spa. On our last day he came up to me pointed his finger in my face and was rude and aggressive. Am sure this can be viewed on CCTV!! If hotel are interested. All this because we didn’t want to pay £50 for a blow dry!!
“On the Beach” holiday company! You shud hang your head in shame firstly for sending anyone here and secondly for promoting it as a 5*.

Worst experience of my life

Anyone even thinking of booking this resort please do not it is a complete disappointment Customer service is non existent staff are very rude, no food places outside and you have to pay for fruit and juices, bar staff don’t actually want to work and reception could win the award for worst customer service. Animation team was throwing people into the pool which scared some as they could not swim!! Bathroom is so outdated. These 5 star reviews are probably fraudulent or these people have not experienced 5 star !!

Nothing but the best

Ignore negative reviews try it for yourself you will be pleasantly surprised
This was our second visit to jasmine palace February 9th-19th

The staff at the Jasmine Palace Hotel were nothing short of exceptional.Their attention to detail was impeccable, especially Abdullah on the beach. the waiter Alomda Adel Emad and at the active bar Mahmood every service was with a smile and nothing was too much trouble, the housekeeping team, maintained our room to perfection, the pool lifeguards keep pools clean and watch everyone in the water,The gardens are well maintained due to the staff working tirelessly, and were litter free and were immaculately set out, the paths were cleaned every day, the on site bins are emptied more than once a day
The restaurant where each dish was a culinary delight, you always find something to eat, even the most fussy eater.
The ala-carte restaurants were delightful, The waiters, all bar staff and lifeguards were excellent and are a credit to your hotel, The chefs deserve a special mention for their creativity and flair for the attention to detail with there deserts, which made every meal an unforgettable experience.
This was not just a hotel stay; it was like coming back home with the welcome we received from front of house reception to the staff out on the complex, We left with the certainty that we would return to the Jasmine Palace.

Best wishes

Kind staff and amazing fish feet treatment 😀

We went in May and took our daughter and her friend. The food was lovely the service was spectacular and the staff were so very kind and couldn't do enough to make you feel comfortable. I would advise you to treat yourself to Mr Fish Loka such a kind man We're planning on going back next summer and will be having the fish treatment first to start and get our feet beach ready I would truly recommend of all the pampering treatments that is the one I would choose. I'm just praying he's there.

worst experience to this hotel

Here’s a reworded version of your review:

The only good thing about this hotel is the views of the pools and gardens—those were lovely. However, my stay over New Year’s Eve was an absolute nightmare. I stayed for two nights with my elderly mother and a child with additional needs, and it was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Upon arrival, I was shocked to be denied check-in unless I paid an extra £210 for a mandatory New Year’s gala dinner for two adults and a child. Despite explaining that we were tired from traveling and just wanted to rest, they insisted on payment before allowing us access to the rooms. Reluctantly, I paid the fee, only to discover that the hotel, which claims to be 5-star, was closer to 1-star in reality.

The room was outdated and felt unclean. The shower head was broken, the curtain was falling apart, and the tiles looked ancient. The sofa was filthy—so blackened with dirt that you could barely tell it had ever had a cushion. It was impossible to feel comfortable in such a space, and I couldn’t believe I had paid so much for such low standards.

The New Year’s gala itself was equally disastrous. The fireworks lasted only 20 seconds, the event was overcrowded and chaotic, and the food was unappetizing—just colorful but completely unappealing. It was so noisy and disorganized that people were bumping into each other just trying to move around. To top it off, the pools were freezing cold because they weren’t heated, so we couldn’t even enjoy them.

This was an enormous waste of time and money. I left feeling traumatized and so disappointed that I’ve decided never to visit Egypt again. I’ll be sharing photos here and across every review platform to warn others. Stay away if you value your time, money, and peace of mind!

Would never go back.Ended up with food poisoning the day we were to fly back.Staff on the reception on the back shift are very rude and talk to you like a child.Food is edible if you are not fussy. We went to the Italian restaurant and walked out due to the standard of the food. The beer is rank infact my partner ended up buying a box of corona from the duty free shop.I have been to Sharm a few times and it was great but this hotel needs to have a good look at its standard of food. Cleaner was amazing infact he cried when we tipped him. Entertainment nil at night.Alcohol was crap.
