Excellent Customer Service
Excellent customer service. One of the LED downighters that was fitted by my kitchen contractor 18 months ago.failed. I had lost contact with the contractor and did not have any receipts/proof of purchase. I contacted JCC and explained my predicament. They told me to fill in a warranty claim form online and within 3 days I received a replacement unit. I would highly recommend this excellent company and its products
Apathetic sales office
Apathetic sales office - no drive or enthusiam to develop or secure a potential sale. Staff unable to respond timely with related answers to specific questions on their product range - generally come across as simple operatives rather than knowledgeable team members
Attempted (unsuccesfully) to obtain a quote for LED lighting - all details of application provided including the light fitting being considered for installation, but was only ever given a Part Number...which I already knew (?). Upon asking for a recommended number of fittings for the application, I was told I would have to talk to a Rep or find a local wholesaler - really ? Is there nobody in JCC HQ that has the ability to calculate lighting requirements for specific projects on receipt of specific environment details. A private individual advised I contact JCC about a specific fitting of theirs, a week later and I'm no further forward. On asking the sales office that my enquiry be forwarded to the local rep, I was given his contact details and told to contact him myself ! - Utterly disgraceful pre-sales support. JCC won't be getting the lighting order for this project and won't be considered for any future projects either. I will be informing others of the complete lack of desire within JCC to progress a sales enquiry to procurement stage. Down to see a few wholesalers next week, where this weeks experience with JCC will be relayed for their entertainment.
