Excellent training and service - Liam
Excellent training and service throughout. I had liam as my instructor and he was Excellent and calming in his approach. I was nervous as hell on test day so he took me for a cup of tea and spoke about holidays to calm me down.

Fantastic company and people
From the first time I got in touch with Andrew in my hour of need, they bent over backwards to help. Really down to earth, genuine people and company. Excellent instructors and they do their best to help. I’m pleased to say I passed first time for my D1 and D1+E.

Excellent Instructor - Highly Recommend!
Liam D is a fantastic driving instructor. He was very patient, professional, and his instructions are always clear and easy to follow. The company Vehicles are modern and well-maintained, and the atmosphere in the lessons was always positive. I passed my test first time with confidence. Couldn't recommend them more!

My experience with J Coates was such a great experience. My trainer Liam was very friendly, kind and patient. His advice was solid, clear and was always so helpful, always stayed calm with me and deserves recognition for the great job he done with me, helped settled my nerves and in the end? I had an excellent experience with J Coates and highly recommend them. From start to finish, the process was quick and easy. The financial approval took less than 10 minutes, and the exceptional service continued from there.
Alec made everything straightforward and simple, answering any questions I had within minutes and taking care of all the arrangements. My instructor, Chris, was a true professional. He taught me everything I needed to know from scratch, giving me the confidence to drive and, most importantly, pass my practical test on the first try.
Thanks to the quality and super service I received, I passed both my theory and practical tests on the first attempt, earning my HGV Class 1 (C+E) license.
