I have completed another 2 Driver CPC Periodic training courses. This was again delivered by Chris A superbly. I recommend these to anyone. As they a very well presented and informative courses .A lot to learn but delivered really really well.

Had a great experience with coates, the lads were great, all of them.
Got along with everyone really well which in turn made the training much better & felt more personalised.
I had a 5 day stint with Liam which was interesting, Educational & also alot of fun & thanks to him & the rest of the guys at J Coates I've come away from the test today with a no fault pass, which i think says it all.

Thanks again for a brilliant week Liam & thank you to everyone else for all youve done in helping me achieve the result i got.

I’ve today passed my cat C+E practical driving test, with a first time pass, thanks to J Coates! Simon my instructor, for both this element (module 3b) and my module 4 was fantastic! He trained me up to a ridiculously high standard, scoring 100% on my module 4, and passing my module 3b with only two minor faults, which was far beyond my hopes and expectations.….Chris, who got me through my module 3a (reversing, coupling and uncoupling) was equally fantastic! In all honesty, I struggled with that particular element to begin with, but he got me through it. Both were patient, informative, supportive, with a great sense of humour and gave sound advice, they really put me at ease, while making sure I’d pass with their efforts. I absolutely highly recommend J Coates to anybody and everybody, who are looking to undertake any form of LGV (HGV) training. Aside from the great training staff, the customer service was fantastic, whenever I had cause to call, everybody I spoke to was informed, polite and friendly. After my initial call confirming my availability for the various elements, within 20 minutes they’d emailed with a complete course outline, covering, modules, dates, addresses and requirements for each module. I’ll say it again HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I would like to highlight the great demeanour of Chris whilst completing training for my HGV practical. His laid back but attentive approach definitely helped me keep composure during my training and test. A sincere thank you for your help.

Have to say and thank Chris at the st Albans branch he was brilliant in helping me pass my Practical test, class 2 he was patient and explained the best practice whilst we was out training i doubt I would have passed without his expertise.

Just passed my class 1 today with Chris and he taught me perfectly got his points across very well and made sure I was 100% ready for the test

Big thank you to Chris, which with his guidance and experience I was able to PASS my CPC exams on the first try. Wasn't easy, I must admit, being new in this field was a real challenge and I don't know if I was able to do it without his huge help. Thank you again!!!
