Lots of fluff.
You've dimmed the lights and expanded the free weights. Plus some other stuff I don't use. Looks nice, but most of the stuff I use still has x4l on it and hasn't been replaced. There are cracks and holes in the leather on the dip apparatus, which are also from x4l. It's still very cold also.

Good gym with a range of equipment
Good gym with a range of equipment, though missing some key pieces: t-bar row, tricep press down, and additional pec decs. Heating has been a constant issue in that building and it really needs to be sorted. I was assured when I rejoined the gym (following JD taking over) that the heating problems had been addressed. It has improved somewhat but it’s still cold in there during the winter unless you’re under a vent (which is likely a challenge of heating such a large space). It’s one of the better gyms in the area and good value for money but could implement some key improvements.

The temperature can fluctuate with the seasons, but we always do our best to maintain a temperature which is comfortable for exercising. It might feel cool when you're standing still, but once you start your workout it'll feel different.

The gym is in very good condition and very clean, the changing rooms are always clean and plenty of lockers.
On the gym floor there is plenty of equipment and the right equipment all to a good standard. So overall a very good gym with a good atmosphere to smash your training. Only downside I would say is, I am a new member & staff don’t recognise this (maybe a hello & goodbye, how are you & a smile) wouldn’t go a miss! But this comes with experience!
But JD well done for a 5* GYM :)

We're sorry that you didn't find anyone on hand to help. Our Managers or Personal Trainers could have been busy helping other people at the time. We will pass your feedback on to the gym Manager so that they can ensure their team is circulating the gym and making themselves available to members.
