Great gym
Open every day except Christmas day. Great atmosphere, music in background. Plenty of choice and availability of machines, friendly staff always willing to help. Great choice of classes. Love the fact that there’s no tie in with payments especially at a time where people may be unsure of their future finances.

No staff visible to help
No staff visible to help. Very daunting when you first walk in
Be nice to see more staff around or a way to seek staff to be able to ask for advice or support
Second time been and if I needee help unsure of where I would go to find a staff member
However attended a class JD burn and abs with Stacy and she was lovely, made me feel very comfortable and welcome in the class

No induction
Sign up straight forward. Need to download their app. No induction on how to use machines. Names and numbers on a wall, all instructors are busy. Not ideal for people who do usually use the gym. For £20 a month they could do more to help you instead of leaving you to their own devices.

A great gym with high quality equipment…
A great gym with high quality equipment including plenty of Eleiko kit, which makes the membership price even greater value.
The gym can be busy, but the amount of equipment and floor space means you're never really waiting for anything.
Best gym for the money hands down.

Not enough small dumbbells in the bench area. Attachment to some of the machines is very difficult to find and some are double attachment with no caribeaners.

small numbers of lighter weights
Overall, a fantastic gym. However, there is only one set of each of the lighter weights which are always in use and multiple sets of the heavier ones which are not used as frequently.
