Showers need an upgrade...
Decided to give this gym a go as being able to go early in morning is ideal. Lots of equipment so that is good but there are a few niggles regarding the facilities. If you not needing these facilities then you'll probably be quite satisfied but they are quite a pain.
1) no where to hang things when in shower so have to hang over door
2) shower head fixed and aimed at door so if got towel hung over, it gets wet! Also difficult if trying not to get hair wet.
3) light in changing area rubbish especially by the large mirror.
4) The resistance machines seem quite old and clunky compared to previous gym, not as good a user experience.
I've been told the gym is due a refurb this year so hopefully will be better but currently will probably go back to council run gym as facilities better.

I feel great I find myself to this gym and I'm more confident about my exercise I'm currently have fybromyalgia I start gym and it help me so much and no have any pain in my body so thankfully to this gym I feel better 💪🥰😍

It’s a great gym plenty of equipment…
It’s a great gym plenty of equipment the only bad things is it is never organised like you’ll find 36kg dumbbells in the 6kg slot plus the music stops at 10pm so it’s just very quiet and hard to focus on your training

Fab gym lovely staff
I was really nervous going to the gym but was greeted by Keirran on my first visit who was so kind and helpful and made me feel really comfortable.
It gets quite busy in the evenings but that's to be expected and there seems to be plenty of equipment available regardless.
The car park is huge which helps a lot.

Good Gym, inconvenient city location
Lots of equipment, most if not all working correctly. Pleasant workout areas. Clean and efficient. Love the sauna after a workout. Only down for me is the location, its the wrong side of city with heavy traffic encountered to visit.
