I’d give it a 5 stars if the gym would have seated leg curl. Otherwise than that it’s a good gym.

I really enjoy the JD Gym in Harlow, its in a really convenient location from work and home + the staff are very welcoming and lovely. I have also engaged a lot with other gym goers.
However the maintenance on facilities is genuinely very poor. I often find myself scavenging for attachments that no longer exist or are quite limited in quantity. Machines are left unrepaired for large periods of time, My membership started 2 months ago, and there are machines that have remained unusable throughout this time.
Almost Half the lockers in the men's locker room are unusable also.
Staff are very lovely however almost non existent when required by the members , e.g. when the QR code scanner doesn't work and people are left waiting outside the gym for 5-10mins.

First time at the gym. Can you please add some leg equipment to the ladies room? Its very dissapointing to see hardly any leg machines in the room. For me its difficult to work out in a mixed area. Its very packed and very small room…..
Absolutely would recommend this gym to everyone! Amazing staff, helpful, kind and friendly

Great Gym only thing I would recommend is to ensure that soap is frequently topped up in changing rooms. Also, if there were more handle attachments, possibly even different types of handles.

I think more equipments a required and I do think the gym is over subscribed and too many people attend at one time. So end up with no availability of equipments. Need to be a bit more regulated. A bit more clean for sure, maybe sanitising wipes to wipe equipments so no germs or other contagious conditions can be caught prior to touching equipments.

just needs more cleaning equipment to wipe machines after use

Lockers are mostly broken, gym is a constant mess with the staff just sitting in the office on their phones and not maintaining the place. The locker rooms smell and the equipment is in bad condition. Needs a huge overhaul.
It is a 24 hour gym but the changing rooms are only open during staff'ed hours.
There is an age limit yet kids in school uniforms hog up the machines and treat the place like a playground and management do not intervene.

I look forward to the classes every day I'm so glad I've joined

Extremely cheap and cheerful.
All machines working and in good clean order.
Only issue, the guys chucking free weights onto the floor.
I suppose, the louder the bang, the 'arder the user?!
