Great gym the best in my area. Could do with maybe log and axle for more strength training as strongman had become more popular now and I know some people have left to joint gyms with these implements in.
Changing rooms are too dark and showers not that good and smell bad. Also toilets are always a mess and smell bad. Sort out the changing and wash facilities and get a couple more strength implements and Thai would be just about as good as you can get. To be the best you need Atals stones :)

I made a simple phone call when signing up to join the Hull Gym ! The young lady talked me through everything I needed to know and do and was extremely helpful! She even met me at the gym for my first training session and walked me through all the exercises and equipment available , she was extremely professional and helpful ! I’m looking forward to my future visits .

Weights all over the place, nothing put back and broken equipment

Gym has plenty of equipment and space.
Only issue is gym access and aggress and always having to call a member of staff to enter and exit the gym due to qr code and access pin not working.

Best gym in Hull. Open 24 hours a day. The environment is great and very clean, variety of gym equipment.

Friendly team that showed me around on the first day. The equipment is good and plenty of space for everyone to do what they want to do, I was impressed

Gym is really good, only issue is scanners are intermittent, very rarely work first time

Really like the gym and the staff and atmosphere are friendly. However there are some seriously selfish and disgusting patrons who leave the shower areas a total mess. Especially the animal who took a dump in the showers last week. You should be ashamed

It’s okay. I feel like there’s nobody to help, and the equipment is a little dirty. It does the job, but it’s honestly not amazing

This gym has all the equipment to suit my needs and everybody else's needs with a good atmosphere and the layout being open plan is spot on.
A vast array of equipment means your not waiting to exercise.

Gym area itself is decent, but the toilets are disgusting.
Signed up, went twice and couldnt use the toilets as the floor was covered in urine (not just puddles, absolutely soaked). Smell is really bad and bogeys wiped all over the walls.. both days the same.
Worst thing is people were walking in it and then walking back into the gym. It's a shame because the game area is decent.
Emailed the manager and he failed to acknowledge the problem.

Nice equipments, the environment is clean and conducive

Been coming to this Gym for a bit over a year the facilities are good but JD Gyms have borderline non existent customer service. I have been having an ongoing issue with them failing to take payment so for the last 5 months. I have been having to call them and pay manually over the phone which can take 20-30 minutes each time and i have to do this during my work hours. I have raised tickets via their website, emailed a customer service manager, and even reached out to the CEO and so far have had no response other than automated acknowledgement emails. The gyms themselves are okay but if anything goes wrong you can’t get through to anyone so if this isn’t sorted in the next few days I’ll just jump ship and go elsewhere. Wouldn’t recommend due to poor customer service.

The instructors are very nice and friendly. The facilities are really good including the changing rooms. There's always a parking spaces even on busy hours, after work. I'm a barely new membership but so far so good.

I like the gym ,, good equipment, I think it’s missing a decline bench for ab work, and I feel it is very very busy it’s hard to get on the things you want .. the app should tell you how many people are in the gym that would be good idea. But other wise very good gym and facilities.

I’m loving JD gym because my old gym didn’t have all the machines for me to have a proper workout, so I’m really enjoying my time here.
