Not looked after
The gym is very busy, but there are no staff to help make the gym nice and tidy, weights and equipment are everywhere, nothing is ever put back and the environment is unkept.

Disabled Male. Saw ad for £10 joining fee + £19.99 p/m. Rang to see if any special offer was available. Said yes 'Jubilee offer', but need to sign up within 2 days. Went to gym next day, signed up. £29.99 taken from my bank next day.
Never did get this 'special offer' :p I'm not too sure what they are going to charge me next month. I've seen the latest ad for £21.99 p/m. I'm not too bothered about the money, I just don't like being mis-informed.

Great gym but too busy
An amazing gym, especially the classes! I loved pilates and body pump. They are very inclusive and easy to get into.
However it’s always very hot and busy in the actual gym. The only quiet times are after 11pm.

No air con
Good choice of equipment especially as they have alternatives to matrix machines but there is no air con in the gym and no windows so in warm weather is like a sauna. Please sort this

Great selection of kit but very sweaty
Great selection of kit. Gets very busy, and hot/stuffy. Not sure if they're trying to save money on aircon as it doesn't seem to be on at all.

No music or music really quite so no atmosphere
No music so no atmosphere, should issue a swipe card to many individuals on phones sat on equipment wasting time. Not enough plate weights you have to wait for others to finish with them first. And if they are sat on phones for ten mins this is frustrating as you loose your drive and give up. Also people are too lazy and just leave the weights and equipment on floors then walk off this is dangerous to other coustomers. Staff should be telling them to put stuff back in racks.

Leeds - Kirkstall
I go to Leeds Kirkstall road, good gym like the rest, just doesn’t have a sauna which is one of the main reasons I wanted to rejoin there. Had to get the more expensive membership so I could use the other sites for their sauna facility. Would have been 5 stars otherwise

Absolutely love this gym I started this year in February.... the gym has a wide range of different equipment which are really good!! The only downfall there isn't a lot of staff around the gym.... I wanted to speak to a member of staff to talk about how to work the equipment

Overcrowded & instructors often don’t show up to classes. Used to be more classes available too. App is pretty bad too. Womens only area is useful but so so small. Wouldn’t recommend.

We’re afraid it's true, our gyms simply are very popular and can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day and from day to day. To make the most of the space where possible, though, we are always looking to expand and improve our facilities.

Pretty good overall and great value for money.
Pretty good. Very easy to sign up and great value for money. Car park could be slightly better set out and also it is a little tight on spaces at peak times. I was a member at Leeds South before and they have TV screens but there aren't any at Kirkstall Road. These are just minor points - overall I'm really happy with it.
