Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing was an issue.

Used to be JD gym member and other gym aswel not at sometime. I first tried other gym and tried reactivetd but it was very hard and go back and ford, got nowhere to reactivet. But JD gym is the best and have easy way to rejoin or join as new member. I highly recommend JD gym. It's not only about rejoining also have really nice cool lights inside the gym.

Staff are so friendly and Nav (Spin Instructor) is amazing 💫 Motivating and fun classes and also lovely to chat to! Would recommend his classes!

Security is bad. My glasses worth 180 pounds was stolen and the management did nothing. They’re bad

The JD gym in Kirkstall charges the same price as all other JD gyms and we don't have a jacuzzi here, a travesty and unacceptable. that's why my rating is so low.

Good gym but nothing available to wipe equipment down with such as blue roll even though there used to be, which is annoying since some benches are directly under where water drips through the roof, leaving them wet with nothing to wipe it with.

Superb facilities with extensive equipment both free weights and machines, 24 hour access makes it convenient to train when time allows

Having a great experience from the 1st day of my workout session. Well guided by coaches, a pleasant atmosphere with well equipped machines for my every workout session.

The experience is good but in comparison to a gym in Spain that for the first people who come to the establishment for the first time they should give an exercise table to one that will charge a little more

Excellent equipments and nice working environment

Equipment is somewhat damaged for example the rubber on bars are heavily worn away, the plastic on safety clips are missing, floors are quite dirty and should be regularly cleaned as this is what im used to in other similarly priced gyms, they also could do with the tricep pushdown machine, if it wasnt for this i would of given a better review

It's quite a big gym and has every piece of equipment covered.

I like the gym plenty of weights and machines my only complaint it to remove the cleaning stations which I believe it a dangerous road to go down cleanliness should be of the upmost importance standard will start to drop if you can’t clean the machines after use

This gym has been designed to cater for both sexes with a plethora of equipment both plate loaded and cables. I believe I counted 12 Olympic platforms. I’ve been a member at all ‘big chain gyms’ and this is by far the best.

100% good customer service

Lots of benches and dumbbells.
Lots of weight lifting station.
Lots of cable machines.
Got some others good machine for legs, shoulders and back and Abs.
Lots of cardio machines.
But :
1. Cable machines are all worn out. Need to be replaced and maintain properly.
2. Some equipments for shoulders and back and the biceps machine need maintenance.
