There’s lots of different equipment over 3 floors. The staff are all so lovely. The GM Michaela is always friendly and helpful if you need anything or have any questions.
I have been a plus member for some time but my first visit to this gym, the building is so impressive in comparison to the other locations, with plenty of open space for functional training and lots of equipment. The management are so helpful, thank you Michaella for showing me around and making me feel so welcome :)

I have been a member since the very beginning and absolutely love this gym! Big shout out to Michaella who is a real asset and has been from the start, always smiling, welcoming and always on hand! Love the classes too, especially pump and spin with the instructor Sam!

I started at JD Liverpool last year to begin my fitness journey. What a great gym with lovely staff. Special thanks to Mollie for always being such a warm welcome and being so knowledgeable about the gym and it’s facilities.

Wednesday night spin classes with Kerryn are the reason I stay at JD Gyms. They are high energy, lots of sweat and so much fun! I have been coming for 2 years to these classes and feel so welcome - have no plan on stopping anytime soon!

This gym is always clean and there are often staff around to help.
I particularly enjoy the classes by Kerryn which are yoga and spinning.
These classes have an amazing vibe and have increased my gym confidence massively!!

As of 3pm you can't get on a machine
4pm you can't get on a bench
5pm you might aswell turn round and walk out the amount of people that are in also they've nailed all the windows shut so theres no ventilation so all your doing in breathing in around 80 different peoples sweat and the toilets are foul it's not maintained at all hope your amune system is strong 🤞
Just had a reply just to clarify the staff are a good bunch 👌 my complaints are for the powers that be that never take any notice

The male changing room showers were rank. Smelly and just wet everywhere. Stagnant puddles of what smelt like bodily fluids. The rest of the gym was great.

Been a member here for a few years now, but this week I, like the numpty I am, left my iPad on one of the treadmills after a run and just waltzed on out of the gym without a care in the world.
I only realised three days after I’d done this and therefore fully expected it to have grown a pair of legs and walked off to a new home. However, it was handed and kept safe ready for me to pick it up this morning which was a wonderful stroke of luck!
Clearly a gym attended and ran by good honest people ❤️

It's ok but needs more free weights and machines.

Toxic environment.
There’s a lady who could possibly be the manager, she’s not very nice at all.
Staff say the same, thinks she’s JD GYM herself :( I’d cancelled my membership and followed all the right steps and submitted my form to do so and they still continued to take money monthly. There’s better gyms about with a healthier environment.

It’s way to busy all the time, been here for two weeks and will already be changing gyms by the end of the fourth week. Everyday end up doing cardio and the odd weights on the top floor as it’s physically impossible to get on any off the weight machines on the bottom floor, free weights etc ad the ground floor is constantly packed, the second floor seems abit pointless as it’s hardly ever used and the top floor is 50/50, I’ve tried the gym, pure gym and this, visually this is better but atleast in the others you get to actually use stuff.

Great gym.
Good location I have been going before work and I has been so handy.

Its a great gym, plenty of equipment, for the most part in working order. Sauna and showers fine but my only gripe is the lockers. Far too many people leave their locks on the lockers when they are not in the gym.
Even when they have a sign saying we are going to be cutting the locks and emptying the lockers on X day. You go in the day after and the same locks are on the same lockers!!!

Reply from JD Gyms - Liverpool City Centre
Needs to be a little bit cleaner. And sauna se times to be more powerful.
