Not the way it used to be it’s full of “all kinds” in that gym doesn’t feel like r gym anymore pretty much an invasion .. thers also a bad smell of onion and toilet around the gym really stinks !! Unfortunately have to move now as we feel like strangers in r own gym . Jd bad let down !!

I am contacting you to request an urgent refund for a recent payment that was taken from my account, despite being denied access to the gym.
I have attempted to call your team multiple times at 01942 914914, but unfortunately, I have not been able to get through. As I have not received any assistance, I am reaching out through this message.
I was recently denied entry to the Liverpool Edge Lane branch, even though my membership is active and the monthly fee was successfully debited from my account. This situation is extremely frustrating and unacceptable, as I am being charged for a service I have not been allowed to use.
I am requesting the following:
1. A full refund for the payment that was taken while I was denied access.
2. A clear explanation for why my access was blocked.
3. Compensation for the inconvenience and stress this issue has caused.

The air con is never on and it is really hot in there, like a greenhouse. People don't seem to want to use the cardio machines because of that. They run the risk of overheating.

Needs more air conditioning
I love the location of the gym, the modern equipment and the spacious changing room. It's not air conditioned enough so I've been trying to avoid peak times when it gets unbearably hot and stuffy!

Very professional and modern.
I am still extremely new to the Gym, this is my first time going to a gym. The staff were extremely helpful and the guy who did my induction was very professional and gave me many good tips on using the equipment.
Overall, even though I still need sone time to get use to the whole gym experience, the gym has a lot to offer very professional and modern. Convenient to get to and accessible with plenty of parking space.
Noticed there were some great classes on offer as well which I may explore.

Really bad experience
Really bad experience. The gym stinks, and there is no ventilation at all. Also, they have removed the classes. I filled out the membership cancellation form, and nobody has contacted me yet.
Not recommended at all!!

Cleaning issues
Changing room, sauna and showers need to be more clean. It looks dirty most of the time.
Also the carpets are 6 years old. They need be change completely because all dast going up from the carperts. Its dangerous.
Some machines are broken.
