Fantastic gym
I recently joined this gym, it's a great gym with lots of equipment to use and the classes are great. I've done a couple of PT sessions with Selia, she's a lovely person and a fantasic PT. I was nervous at first about joining a new gym but Seila made me feel welcome from the moment I joined.

JD is a great place to work out
The Gym is really big and always very clean. A lot of tools to work out. Very convenient schedule as they are open from 06:00am. The staff is fantastic and always ready to help. I would great recommend them.well done JD team!! Thank you very much

The gym has really good equipments and…
The gym has really good equipments and is neatly maintained. All the trainers are really helpful and the classes are beneficial. I have been training under Seila and she has been really supportive.

New Member experience
I joined recently online after my existing long term gym was closing. On my initial visit to look around I was warmly greeted by a lovely lady (I think your name is spelt Seila) who immediatley made me feel comfortable and very friendly. Showing me around and giving me all the detail about equipment and classes.
I have mainly attended classes which are well attended but always space with thorough instruction and good rapport. I was impressed that when I attended one of Seila's classes she remembered my name and welcomed me once again great customer experience being in a new gym.
Plenty of different classes at various times so no excuse. Thanks for the warm welcome.

Far too busy
Far too busy.
Can’t park, no machines available it’s really overwhelming the amount of people in one place, unfortunately I won’t be staying as a I haven’t managed to complete a work out since joining.
Staff are friendly and great looking gym, has lots of potential.

Decent gym but no staff on hand
Positive-Gym equipment is good. Not having to wait for any machines. Signing up was really quick and easy.
Negative- when we arrived at the gym to have a look round had to wait quite a long time. Pressed the buzzer a few times. No ine was available. When the staff member arrived first impression of him was he could not be bothered to show us round. No enthusiasm. Had to ask if could see the equipment. No mention of classes or the changing rooms. If my friend had not recommended I probably would have walked. He had no enthusiasm! Not offered any induction in how to use the machines. Very rarely see any staff on the floor to ask any questions. From a health and safety aspect if anyone has an accident no one is around to help!
