Generally this is a good gym.. BUT…
Generally this is a good gym - gets very busy but there is plenty of equipment so I’ve never had to wait to access a machine. Staff are lovely.
BUT… the gym really smells bad! Perhaps inevitable when busy but surely something could be done. This eve was particularly bad.. I nearly left early it was so bad.

A well priced gym
A well priced gym, a good selection of classes, led by good instructors. Plenty of equipment to use and all areas very clean and tidy. Seila is an asset to this gym, hardworking and always helpful and pleasant. All staff are helpful and it is easy to find someone to speak to if needed. Plenty of on site safe parking available. Well done to the cleaning team, staff and instructors.

Green button pressed several times no t
Having trained for more than 40 years this is the first gym that wont let you reenter should you leave something in the cat or have an emergency to attend to at home. Having completed half my workout i had to go home for an hour or so upon returning i couldnt gain access. I could understand this protocol if it were during busy periods but this all took place between 12 midnight and 6 am, at one point i was the only person in the gym.
Of course noone is interested at that time of day so i had no option but to return home. Not exactly sure what the problem is during these hours. In the past i had left a wallet in the gym but of course couldnt gain access so it was left in the hands of the few members in the gyn around 1am in the morning. Got wallet back but not the cash. Of course they could tell from the camera that no one had removed the cash before being on camera. The equipment is mostly good but there are signd of neglect with some items even though the gym hasnt been open long

Very friendly and helpful staff and well equiped weight training room. Clean and tidy rooms. I only joined a week ago so I haven’t tried the classes yet.

Awful gym
Not the gym to go to if your over 30 mostly kids and young posers hogging the machines and if your into getting fit cardiologically I wouldnt bother trying to get a machine. Not a pleasant and friendly enviroment.
