No matter what time of day, the gym is constantly busy. The amount of parking is too generous for the amount of machines at the gym. I find the demographic of people there are rude and class it as a n... See more

Joining online was fairly straightforward. Re-joined after a year living away, nothing much has changed. The gym provides a good range of equipment and classes - although I do not attend any of the classes. The price is comparable with other gyms of the same type. Downsides are the invisibility of the staff (does anyone work there?), the usual problems of people not putting weights away, unloading bars etc. which could be alleviated by staff presence and the lack of any atmosphere - it is a pretty cheerless place, which is fine if like me, you just want to come in and do your workout and know what you are doing.

You pay all that money to only be allowed to enter the gym ONCE a day. Ridiculous! They need to change this, especially as we are now in 2024!

It’s a good gym, quite big, has a small women’s only section which is good. But some of the equipment is out dated, ripped, tired looking and some machines have been broken for a while and un useable. Needs a good re vamp.

Men’s Changing rooms & wash rooms are way too small for the amount of people using them.

Not only was it easy to sign up for the gym the experience I had at the gym was better than I expected as well, the staff are friendly and the place is welcoming. The facilities in the gym are well stocked and I wasn't waiting to use a piece of equipment like I was expecting to. Fully recommend this gym to anyone.

Jd gyms could improve there service that they give to members by keeping the machines repaired when they breakdown cos I've know some breakdowns take long time for repair service to keep them up and running

I like your gym but your app is not very good im a former member of the gym group and their app is brilliant 👌 you can see your work progress check how long you worked out for. How many people are in the gym the list goes on. Will you be updating your app like the gym group have. ? I'd like to know more about this.

Complicated to cancel the membership even due to emergency situation

Difficult bench to move and sitting is not straight, lack of many devices.

The app doesn't generate a code so I had to wait for a staff member to let me in

The jd gym i recently started at is spot on for the money ,the equipment is top standard, theres lots of it, and the 24 hour helps massivley.
The only thing id moan about is the showers not been open 24 hour as it would make life so much easier as i go at 4am before work but have to come home again before work.

Would like to see more staff about. However the gym feels like a good place to exercise. Loads of equipment and classes (could we have some new spin bikes)

I do alot of mat work in burn section but the small mats are very slippery and that large mats look dated and worn off but only a few are allocated but trying to exercise on bare floor leaves carpet like burns to elbows needs more non slip large floor mats...

The gym is spacious and well equipped. Plus, it has the advantage of being a 24/7 gym.

Lots of space between machines and everything clean. Not so keen on music which seems to cater to a specific genre and age group.
Looking forward to trying some of the classes
Thankyou
