Great value but machines are looking dated
Value is reasonable but there are very limited pieces of some equipment and a lot are looking pretty dated. Only one pair of mismatched single hand handles for the rope pulls is pretty disappointing for such a big gym.
I find the open 24 hours invaluable though .

Typical corporate gym with plenty of…
Typical corporate gym with plenty of equipment for both cardio and strength and overall happy with the price and service.
What's stopping a higher rating is that most cable machines are missing the accessories and are scattered around the gym but still doesn't seem to be enough to cover all the machines.
Changing room is quite small considering the size of the gym, with busier times it gets very crowded with not much space to get changed. Also, there are not many toilet facilities on site, again, considering the size of the gym.
Overall I'm happy, good value and does the job, but with a few changes would be a much higher rating.

Facilities are phenominal
Facilities are phenominal, no doubt about it!
My only suggestion would be reinforcing rules for gym goers to put things back where they came from, piles of weights left at machines etc causes a mess, inconveniences others who are looking for plates and also shows a lack of respect for the establishment, huge shame for those who go out our way to ensure we left equipment how we found it.
Otherwise the gym is very tidy, spacious & staff are extremely friendly.

Cancelation process is a joke
The gym itself is fine, aside from the equipment being sticky and have nothing to clean it with it, it’s a good gym. The staff however is a different story! It took two months and 18 emails to get my membership canceled. The manager and assistant manager kept messing me about telling me it’s canceled and yet I was still paying for it. When I finally spoke to their area manager, thinking there will be some kind of accountability, he was just as rude, dismissive and condescending as they were, so it all made a lot of sense then. When I asked him about all the cancelation complaints (because I am not the first and definitely won’t be the last that has an issue with this) he just brushed it off and basically said, it’s just a snapshot of otherwise happy customers. Well Luke, here’s another unhappy review to add to your ever growing list. Don’t waste your time going there!

I have been looking for a gym for a while, when JD Gyms said they were going 7 days, 24 hours. I booked up the next day. Great experience....car park, quality gym, clean, and a good balance.

Good choice of equipment and value for money
Great that the gym is 24 hours however at 2.30am to have the music at a level where it can be heard from outside the building is, in my opinion, excessive. Yes it wakes you up at that early hour but also has the potential to trigger a headache. Gym very clean, well equipped, and a good selection of supplements at reasonable prices. Slight concern regarding quality of strength machines as I'm used to Hammer, Panatta, Hoist and Life Fitness brands (adjustment options for leg, body and arm length considered) but still a good workout. I appreciate the value for money, no contract and no joining fee. All in all a positive experience. Kind regards Clive

Exactly what a gym should be
Clean, plenty of equipment, spacious shower cubicles. Using QR codes with the turnstiles a bit of a faff especially since the wifi doesn't always kick in before entry but a minor nuisance.
