Am a full price paying customer, no use of all facilities
Am a full time paying customer , I don’t get to use the full available facilities.
Due to my work, I can use the gym at night time only. After 22:00 o’clock. I’m paying full price for it which is not an issue for me, however as a paying full price customer, I feel that I’m being discriminated as I can make use of the facilities. The changing room is locked after 22:00. There are no staff available for help or advise.
The gym I’m a member of is big, plenty of equipment to use, which is fantastic. There are equipment that are new and I would like advise how to use, however there are no staff to advise me.
As I said , the gym is big and before and after I use a machine, I like to clean them. But the issue is there is only 2 cleaning tissue dispenser and 2 bins. And both net yo the entrance to the gym. By the time I walk to get the cleaning tissue dispenser, clean the machine and walk back to put it in the bin my body has cool down. It’s not acceptable.
The biggest disappointment is the use of the shower , as I’m paying full price and it’s a 24 hrs gym operation time, why close the shower. I feel that’s just lazy and unacceptable from jd gyms group so they don’t have to maintain it.

As a 24-hour gym, some areas are closed during overnight hours for the safety and security of our members, including the main changing rooms. Accessible changing facilities do remain available, where shower and toilet facilities are available.

My first time joining the gym
My first time joining the gym, there’s no staff there to show you around and no instructions how to use equipment. The women’s only area is very very small with limited equipment and very hard to get a chance on the equipment as it gets busy in there, a bigger area and more equipment would be great. Parking isn’t great at busy times. Overall good selection in the main area, not tried any classes yet. Seems like a good gym just would like a bigger women’s only section until I’m confident in what I’m doing😊

Poor machines, bad Customer support
Many of the upper body weight machines at the gym I visited felt unoptimized and loose in certain parts. For example, the arms on the butterfly machine moved differently to each other which made using them a little tricky. Also, I've sent two requests now to end my membership and have received no message back.
