The shower floods and showers are tiny and can't control the temperature

As a member at JD Gym Swansea, the 24/7 accessibility, coupled with impeccable cleanliness and a diverse range of equipment, make it an exceptional gym that I highly recommend.

Amazing, no complaints

The gym I use in swansea has to many members using worn and over used old equipment
Most the stuff there are from the previous owners exercise for less and most be over 7 years old
Currently there are 6 machines out off order down stairs and further more cardio machines out of use upstairs
The equipment is old and has been over used hence why equipment keeps breaking down
And when they are down they are so for many weeks
Wile the membership is over 4k the equipment can't cope with the use they are taking and has been for so many years
Talking of members it is clear to my self and other local that you are happy to to get as many students as possible but care little for us who have been there since before you took it over
You are not a small Company and the very way you have treated locals who have stuck with you is very poor
New equipment is needed to replace the over used and old equipment ther now and it's clear that you can not keep up with the ever more maintenance needed

Standard Gym, is very busy in peak hours. Not enjoyed.

They defaulted my membership for no reason

Nobody is ever around to help, I'm a gym newbie and needed to know what equipment to use to tone certain parts of my body. When looking for a staff member to ask , I couldn't find any.

Really lovely staff and great facilities. Would definitely recommend.

Music is too loud that if I don't like your music it goes through my headphones. No normal water bottles to buy. No pull up bar in girls gym. 1 entry door which in traffic hours that creates more unnecessary traffic. Equipments are in good condition and lots of machines but no staff to see and only have 3pt in the list.

Bathrooms are terrible
Very unclean
Sometimes no tissue roll
And no soap

I spoke to Justin and owain before joining as I was really nervous they assured me I would be OK on the day I walked through the door owain was there and reassured me I would be OK it's my 4th visit and I'm loving coming in fact I actually walked into a class on my own love it keep up the good work guys

The gym is spacious, is clean and tidy and has loads of machines for both fitness and lifting. The free weights area has a ton of adjustable benches and weights. Been to lots of gyms in my time and this one is up there with the best.

The staff are friendly and helpful.
The gym is big enough that even during peak time, there is enough equipment to get a good workout.

All the equipments and the setup are really good. But its hard to find a trainer or manager in a gym so big! Im a beginner and i would require help, but most of the time there is no one around.

A very large, well laid out gym, lots of equipment, staff are friendly, good selection of free weights, only down sides, not enough free weight plates when it's busy and a few of the machines are aged and need better maintenance.

Nice place. Not too intimidating. I really liked being able to join online without all the form filling, inductions, etc. Some of the equipment needs some attention; there are weight pins missing on quite a few machines so can't fine-tune weight.

Overall a pleasant experience. Maybe I'll actually visit regularly for a change.
