Great equipment, staff is always around to ask for help or talk to. Great people and atmosphere.

The only two things that lets I down is not having the air con on. I train on the morning just before six am I arrive and members are always complaining that it’s not on.
And it would be better if the gym attendant opened the studio door as soon as they arrived, giving members access to the room before the classes start.

Decent sized air conditioned gym for a fair price. More pull downs for back would improve it but it's certainly got everything one needs, including a modern version of a nautilus machine

First visit to the gym, no aircon, cannot access without mobile phone QR code, cannot enter changing rooms until after 6am.
Not a viable option for an early 4am session. I will cancel my membership.

Everything has been very good however one small improvement could be made. In the Washington gym the changing rooms open at 6 and although there are lockers they are very small and get taken very quickly. This means that people have nowhere to store bags and results in bags being places all over the floor. This is a bit of a trip hazard and the gym could benefit from the changing rooms opening earlier or more lockers perhaps downstairs where’s there’s loads of space?

Really good value gym, and open 24 hours which I appreciate as I like to go after 9pm. Also do spinning twice a week with the very good Instructor Andy who pushes you to your max.
There is enough equipment and clean. I wish I have join it early on before going to the last gym I was with
I’ve recently joined this gym and, while it does the job in terms of equipment, there are a couple of operational issues that really let it down—especially for those of us who train early in the morning before work.
The good:
There’s a decent range of machines and free weights, and the gym space is clean and well-organised. If you’re just looking for a place to get your workout done, it generally ticks the boxes.
The not-so-good:
Unfortunately, if you train between 5am and 6am (which is prime time for early risers and working professionals), the changing rooms are still locked. That means no access to lockers, showers, or proper facilities at the very time people need them most. As a result, bags end up scattered around the gym floor because the few external lockers get filled quickly. It’s messy, inconvenient, and easily fixable.
The second issue is with the entry system. You’re only allowed to scan your code and enter the gym once per day. So, if you forget something in your car or need to step out for any reason, you’re locked out and can’t get back in. For a modern gym, that’s a pretty outdated and rigid policy—it creates unnecessary stress for members and doesn’t reflect how people actually use the space.
Final thoughts:
This gym has the potential to be much better with a few simple changes—mainly unlocking the changing rooms earlier and updating the access policy to be more flexible. Until then, it’s serviceable, but not ideal—especially for early morning users.

The changing rooms cleanliness is maintained which is good, as well as the whole gym having a well organised space. I like the fact there’s more machinery for cardio purposes as it can be an issue at busy times in other gyms. The sign about times when the changing rooms are open and closed should be more highlights or posted even as I did know they closed until I left my personal things in there and had to ask someone to open it up for me, not the end of the world but even the website won’t let me view information about changing rooms and I’ve tried multiple times. Overall, everyone is super friendly, including staff and the atmosphere is great.

Having rejoined after many years away ,and being older , I think a member of staff could have accompanied me around, explaining how equipment works as a safety issue , I know you can book induction, but some older people, are embarrassed because everything now is online ,and they shy away from it .. also things like snapped foot straps on rowing machines ,are they checked daily for faults , when it's busy and equipment is out of use ; it is FRUSTRATING
