Ladies gym needs desperately improving
Access to getting in is a nightmare, the QR code access sometimes doesn't work with some weird glass cylinder access, it's the same way to get in and out so congestion galore! The ladies' gym is tiny and always crowded, the machines available and the weight area is just too limited. No air conditioning and no water machine to fill up. No cleaning sprays or tissues to wipe machines down.
The main gym area is so congested, too many members for the space you have.
The only reason for the 3 stars is that this is the first gym to have a ladies-only sauna accessible directly from the ladies' changing area.

BRING BACK ADAM!!!!!!
BRING BACK ADAM!!!!!!! Westbrom gym has seriously gone down hill. The urinals constantly blocked or leaking on to the floor, then water from the showers is all over the floor.
There has been a massive spill of chalk on the floor in the changing rooms for the last 2 days.
The pins out the machines are going missing constantly 99% of the machine didn't have any pins on 7/01/2025.
Weights all over the floor no one gives a f@#k.
Not enough olympic bars for the benches. Alot of equipment broken which can be prevented with basic maintenance. Also only 1 of the 5 sit down exercise bikes are working, the seat are not locking correctly

Great gym
Great gym. Love the sauna. Great classes and you don't have to book for a class. You just turn up. Lots of equipment but they could do by bringing the massage/vibratiing equipment in to relax muscles.

App, Showers, Lockers, and Treadmills
QR code doesn't work on the app. U have u clear the cache multiple time before it shows up. I've asked the service people at the desk for a code but they say press the assist button and we'll open it for u. But the button doesn't work and I have to get lucky and let them see me wave at them. No way to change temperature in showers. Lockers are mostly always full even though gym is empty during off peak times. Some treadmills are damaged such as the tread is very loose u could slip.

Sauna not working again
Unfortunately Sauna not working again. I totally understand that sauna may need closing for maintenance etc.... But no effort is made to reach out to members or any effort to put on the website, as I specifically joined for the Sauna and went in to use the Sauna on this occasion, very disappointing. This is for the West Brom site.

Actually I am using first time gym in uk .. I feel there is no one in gym for proper guidance .. I am not say about PT Bt appoint some people to take care clients, atleast appoint some security purpose .. I am used in India there is Gym people available for you .. if u did some wrong exercises they guide you … there is only option is PT. Thanks

There’s few machines not working…
There’s few machines not working properly like abs cruncher and the treadmill section should be separate as it’s awkward setting of machines in front of treadmill.
