I loved the theme of the gym really nice and about the 24hour gym the restroom or the locker closes after 10 which is a problem for me because I come back home late from work.

Hello! Thanks for leaving us some feedback, we appreciate it.
We are a 24-hour gym in Wythenshawe, but due to there being less staff on duty throughout the night, areas which are not covered by CCTV are closed t for the safety of our members (i.e. the main changing rooms and saunas).
We do however leave the accessible changing room open at all times, as well as there being lockers for you to use. If you need to get changed or grab a shower during the night, that option is there for you and you'll have complete privacy in there.

We’re afraid it's true, our gyms are very popular and can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate at different times of the day and night. To make the most of the space where possible, though, we are always looking to expand and improve our facilities.

Does a bear poo in the woods?
I was having trouble rejoining online after cancelling my account which was easier than temporarily freezing my account while I went abroad because I couldn't get a human to speak to and after spending thirty minutes on the phone dealing with the stupid confusing convoluted phone menus I just gave up and declared my card lost , ha ha😁 but when I returned two and a half months later from my work abroad I tried online to reopen my membership but this time the online membership menus were just sending me in circles and not giving me the option to talk to a human unless I type in some old pin number or something that I couldn't find . Totally bonkers. I spent over half an hour trying to join online but finally gave up and drove down to the gym and the friendly staff opened an account in five minutes. Their online system is totally useless.my name is Daryl Czerniewicz and email is. heinleinok@gmail . I guess COVID lockdown pushed them so much into debt they had to cancel customer services phone numbers

Equipment is tatty and old
Equipment is tatty and old. Leather ripped from bags, broken bars, lots of basic equipment isn't even available, like squat pads. Only one adductor machine and one leg extension machine meaning that there is a long wait for them, even though the gym is usually empty. Never a rep available for any questions or to find equipment, I have never ever seen a JD sports worker in the gym ever, been going on and off for 2 years. If I could find a better gym closer I will be joining that one rather.

Starting up is very straight forward…
Starting up is very straight forward and easy to do, there is plenty of parking amazing shower and sauna facilities. Feel like the free weights and resistance sections are a bit cheap though, not much for resistance training and the equipment feel low quality
