Only Gym I haven’t liked.
The app is really outdated, doesn’t let you know how many people are in the gym..
The gym was absolutely rammed, more than i’ve ever seen a gym. Was taking way too long to wait for equipment. Which you could go at quieter times if that knowledge was made available.
Also the only gym i’ve known of where you can only enter once in a day. Will not be returning.
Gym group and pure gym are way better in my opinion.

The gym it’s self is good lack of communication with an actual person not so good if you get locked out your account and can’t get in the gym there’s no one to sort it then the lines don’t open on the phone till 9am mon-Friday although it’s a 24 hour gym

I joined JD Gym and it was a big step for me...i have always been shy about going gym but decided to do it and on my first day it was a brilliant experience. The staff was very helpful which lifted my shyness.

Improvement needed
I really enjoy this gym as it’s convenient for myself. it has great equipment when all working correctly and a solid atmosphere for working out.
However, there are some areas that could use improvement.
First, the spin class offerings could be more diverse and scheduled at better times to accommodate all members, also having the right qualified instructor to teach the right fitness class. Keeping the classes as part of your membership fee rather than having to pay a fitness instructor extra money directly to take part in a class that’s normally offered for free.
Additionally, I’ve noticed that the cleanliness could be enhanced, especially in the changing rooms and the general smell of the gym upon arrival.
Finally, while the vibe is generally positive, a little more community engagement or social events could really elevate the experience, as not all staff members are approachable nor helpful which is a shame as this gym tends to have a fast turnover of staff and most of the best personal trainers are no longer located here which is a shame and this has caused an impact on the classes and them being enjoyable.
Overall, I enjoy attending this gym with my friends but with a few improvements, it could be a fantastic place to train rather than it just being an easy option for many.

My experience when applying on line was so easy, I made a mistake and enrolled at the wrong gym, I sent an email and received a quick reply and my problem was dealt with. I’ve not been to the gym yet, but I will review about my experience.
