Place an order 9 days ago with expedited 1-2 days delivery two emails later and 9 days no communication and no items delivered. Telephoned today informed there was a courier issue and they would refund payment - missed out on opportunity to finish the work the item was for last week but agent I spoke to although apologetic and courteous was somewhat indifferent. Will not be using this company again

Shocking company
Shocking company, do not buy from them!
Purchased 3 tins of cuprinol fence spray online, I was told I would receive my order in 2-5 working days. I waited, got to the 6th day and the order was still 'processing' online. I called them to see where it was, only to be told they don't have the product in stock and I would need to wait another week to two weeks. I asked for it to be cancelled and refunded.
They said they had done this, I even received an email to confirm cancellation and that it had been refunded. I've since waited 7 working days for my refund. I contacted them again to learn that they hadn't processed the refund and I now need to wait another 2-5 working days.
Terrible communication and false promises.

Excellent price on some decking oil
Excellent price on some decking oil, so happy about that. Premium delivery however said 2/3 days but whole thing took about a week. So took 2/3 days just to dispatch.

Old product supplied!
I ordered some mole repellent spray from this company via Amazon - it had a month let to the use by date, as it was 2 years old. As I needed to use it straight away I put up with it.
As I am getting low, I ordered a second bottle from Amazon and paid more for a different company, only to receive a bottle with the same use by date of 10.05.2025 from this same company JDS DIY - 3 days to use?!
Either the company uses more than one name on Amazon, or Amazon sent my order to them anyway. The second bottle leaked, as they did not label it contained liquid and needed to be kept upright. This company is awful and should state that their product is a lower cost due to it being very old stock! You can of course use it, but it's just not as effective - AVOID.
I've already supplied photos of your (now out of date) product with you direct via Amazon. You simply offered a return, but as already advised we threw away the box, as the product leaked in transit. A goodwill gesture would have been nice, but we will simply avoid ordering from you again, as you have delivered old product twice and have similarly poor reviews from other customers.

Waited over 8 days for my item and no…
Waited over 8 days for my item and no communication from JDS DIY. I then contacted them only to be told my item was damaged in tarot and that they have since sent out another one which I should receive within 48-hours. Four days later I had received no communication nor my item and so I called again only to be told that they had no sent out another item and that would not be standard practise but rather they would offer me a refund. Absolutely useless. Sadly
