Very good Service in every..

This was the most pleasurable experience I have had booking a holiday. The agent was so helpful and clear about the details of the holiday, the need for accuracy on the booking and how and when to pay.
Also I needed to make 2 changes, one to my name and also the date of birth for the second passenger and this was done with exceptional speed and the new paperwork issued. Many thanks for such great service and so looking forward to the holiday as we will both be celebrating our 70th birthdays and 50 years married.

Communication is dreadful once the booking has been placed. Took 10 days to get a receipt for deposit!

Amsterdam in April 2025
The representative Dee was polite and very helpful in organising a break to Amsterdam in April for my friend and I to see the tulips in bloom. Within minutes, the hotel and flights were booked and additional information emailed to me.

We saw a great value trip advertised by Jetline to Prague and Budapest and are pleased that we were able to tailor the trip to suit our preferences, especially the train trip between the two cities. 5 star nile cruise and stay. Had a really good holiday despite change of cruise boat and agreed prior change of hotel. Jetline were quick to answer email queries. Would use them again .

I booked this trip with Jetline originally for Nov 2023 to Egypt. Sadly, war broke out in the Middle East and we felt it was not safe to travel. They would not refund our money but said they would give us”full credit” towards another trip if taken within 1 year. They would not give full credit and would not refund the tours I paid extra for. We finally decided to take another trip to use the credit. EVERY trip listed on their website that we asked about was either $500 to over $1000 more than the price listed. We ended up taking a trip to Portugal that was listed on their website for $799 but we paid over $1200 per person. It also did not include checked baggage or transfers to/from the airport (more extras). We ended up paying significantly more than expected. While the trip itself was fine, I would definitely not book through Jetline again.
