Not a good company to deal with, they did not get our needs right at all - sent us to an unsuitable hotel , whose poor service will get a separate review

Outgoing transfer did not turn up - over early flight times, totally inadequate hotel, take ages getting back to you - quick enough to chase you for your final payment though !

I have booked with this company a few times. I always have very good service. The hotels are really good . Today o had Ken he was really amazing. Very kind and helpful.

Hello, the staff are fine, a very pleasant bunch, and a pleasant flight. However, my bug bear is that you don't cater for people who are intolerant and have allergies. For example, gluten free, dairy free people. You could always have some frozen bread which is gluten free and dairy free and toast it. It is just a suggestion. However, I would definitely recommend your company.

Very nice and helpful but did not call me back when they said they would. The dates I wanted were then lost so then not only did I have to book different dates but it was also more expensive!

Terrible - do not use. No customer service and continual lies. Even after 8 months I am still waiting for a "partial" refund for a cancellation which wasn't our fault. I've spent hours trying to resolve this and to this day still haven't received a penny from them.
