Very bad experience with customer support. You have a very small window to contact the support in case of need and when you finally do, you might be unlucky and get someone incompetent who are also rude with you for disturbing them.
The internet was good for the first couple of months but lately it became very poor, I payed for 1000mb and thr best I got was 500mb, so I was paying for a service I was not getting.
When I tried to cancel my subscription the person on the phone was laughing at me and irritable insisting to contact their technician, I had to beg them 10 minutes to process my request of cancellation. And when he finally agreed to do it he said I will receiyan email in within 48 hours which we both know it's BS. After insisiting to get a registration number and the phone conversation copy on the email I finally received my termination email. Unpleasant experience at the end of the service which was totally unnecessary but I guess this is another reason why I consider I took a good decision and terminate my contract with them.
I don't recommend this company and if you want a good internet service stay away from Jetnet.

A dreadful company, deserving a "negative" score. So since we've been having issues with the internet which would go for about 12-24 hours day in day out, we called their support and requested for a call back; however, no one called and the issue persisted. We called again and finally managed to talk to someone (Patrick, who by the way needs another training in handling calls, because instead of solving the issue, he failed to deescalate it and ended causing more issues during the call) and requested to cancel the services but insisted on sending a technician which we declined knowing it will be a pointless attempt. Bottomline, we called to cancel the services and asked for a confirmation, as they seem quite unreliable with their services and promises, we are now excited to move on and be done with this company and advise others to STAY AWAY.

Good service and fast follow-up from customers support

Benjamin from technical support team called me in about half an hour and he manged quickly to identify the issue with Internet connection and advised how correctly the router with fiber should be connected. Thanks a lot for qualified support.

The technician was very patient and solved my problem

I wanted to share my experience with JETNET's internet service, hoping it might help others considering their services.

Unfortunately, I've been facing persistent issues with the internet connection – frequent disruptions have become the norm rather than the exception. When seeking assistance from JETNET's customer support, I found the process to be frustratingly unhelpful. Automated responses and indifferent agents made resolving the issue an uphill battle.

What's more disappointing is their reluctance to compensate for the downtime I experienced. In a world where time is of the essence, it's disheartening to see a service provider overlook the importance of addressing such concerns.

To add to the frustration, I discovered a hidden cost when trying to return their equipment. Despite not being clearly stated in the minimum price, JETNET insists on charging for the return of their hardware.

I share this experience to caution others. While JETNET may present itself as a viable internet service provider, my encounter with their service and support has left much to be desired. Please consider this before deciding to engage with them.

Jetnet made you pay for the return of the rental wifi router. It didn't say it when you sign up so that cost is not included in the minimum price which I think it might be in violation of the law. I have never heard of any company that does this. Jetnet still demands people to send them back even if you live next to the address that you are supposed to send the router to - which is money grabbing and climate unfriendly.

Benjamin was a good support in the proccess. He accuratly and in an underrstandable manner guided me through the process. He spoke clealry and conciesly. In addition, he tackled the problem I had and even more. It was a pleasant and most importantly fast and reliable service.

The employe was helpful and friendly.
I hope the service will be the same.

I have the JETNET connection for one week. I have not had a proper connection this week for two days. I am trying to reach the support but since you have to email them and wait for the response, the problem continues. I would NOT recommend this provider to anyone.

The person that I talked from the support was very friendly and helpful.
