I have had an extremely bad experience with getting wifi and contacting customer support. It has happened twice now that there have been scheduled an appointment for a technician to come to my apartment to intall the router, but they have not showed up. I stayed home for the entire day as they could arrive between 7:30 and 16:00 and was available by phone the entire time aswell. They never made any contact but I was told by Jetnet that they couldn't reach me and I had to pay a fee. When trying to contact them back about this there was no number to call, only an option for them to call me. It said it would take upto an hour for them to call, but ended up taking 26 hours. I also sendt an email right away which took several days to get a reply. It is hopeless to communicate with them, and it does not seem to be resolved any time soon. This has already costed me a lot of time and money. Cannot recommend this company to anyone and will change provider as soon as possible.

The first time the phone number was wrong, but you informed us that the technician would show up even if they could not reach us by phone - they didn't. The second time the number was right, but the technician still didn't make any contact.

Very fast, helpfull and friendly conversion. Helped me to fix my own stupid mistake with no hitch.

First of all, not completely bad considering their customer service is really good.
But when it comes to the company they have a deceiving practice. In Q/A on their side it states they need 3-5 weeks to establish connection (got offered 8,5 weeks for establishment).
They also forgot in the initial order to write they need to dig up the whole driveway that is leading to the house to put new cable (even with the existing fiber bredband from the other company already in the ground).
Now waiting to get answer from them to cancel my initial order, hopefully that goes alright.
Never again, learned my lesson. You try to save money but it is not worth the hassle.

Customer service on phone is amazing and it helped me resolve my issue with Internet connection. Only emails take some time to answer if you need to fix issue right away so its better to schedule call

For this review, I will focus on the service I received during the purchase + installation phase. One name, Ferhat, from customer service has stuck with me in this whole time.
He was very quick with his responses, fast, professional and customer oriented.
He literally handheld me throughout the cycle right until I had internet in my place.

I will write a more detailed review of the product and internet service after some time of usage.

The very friendly customer support agent May helped me today with my difficult situation. It was a great experience. The answers were precise and quick. Way better experience compared to any other customer support I had in the past.
