Quoted £600+ from a high street jeweller for fixing 2 broken claws and resting my diamond in my engagement ring.
This guy done all 4 claws, reset the Stone and polished etc for under £150.
Highly recommend! Communication via email was also excellent. Will definitely use again in the future!

I just received my wedding and engagement ring back from Carl, they're both perfectly cleaned and re-plated. Very quick service and significantly better priced than a 'high street' jewellery shop. Would recommend and will use again.

Excellent service! I recently sent my engagement ring for repair. It had lost a stone and had 3 damaged claws. I was kept updated, any questions were answered promptly and I was advised other claws needed re tipping as well. I received my ring back today and I am absolutely delighted with the result, it’s like a new ring! Great job and affordable price, tracked postage gives added security, would highly recommend!

Carl provided a fast, efficient service. After my wife broke her chain, Carl quoted and repaired the chain within a matter of days.

I recently sent an engagement ring to The Jewellery Chap. It had lost a stone and the claws and body of the ring needed repairing. It has just come back and I am thrilled with it. This goldsmith is not only really talented but charges affordable prices. The tracked and insured parcel system means you feel safe to put items in the post.

Amazing service! I sent a necklace that I had been tangled for a long time, I did not realise it was broken and Carl untangled the necklace let me know what he could do to fix this at such a reasonable price. Just received today really happy with the outcome ☺️

I was very let down by the company that sold a platinum chain to me - for my father who had bought me a platinum heart shaped pendant with diamonds. I was told that they could not repair my chain and to look for someone else to repair it or scrap it. Ahhh!
I sent it to Carl's company after an internet search involved in reading so many reviews on others until I found Carl before Christmas. I sent my chain in February for repair and within receipt of it, a week later it was repaired and returned to me and was reunited with my pendant. Very quick service and very informative about repairing chains or other items of jewellery including watches of which I have need of any magic that he can work on them. I used a camera strength lens and could not find any evidence of the two repairs. Just fantastic. Carl kept in touch by email and informed me of receipt and return and cost of the work to be done. I actually informed someone in the company who refused to repair my chain about the company that undertaken the superb work on my chain. I gave the email contact details to them and found them to be personally interested. Carl also told me in advance of the items that he did not repair.

Website very clear instructions. Swift turnaround on repairing gold chain. Got it returned in matter of days, and happy with result.

Carl Rhodium plated my wife's wedding and engagement ring, they look as good as new! he explained how his process is thicker than most so it will last longer. Great service, super speedy and fantastic quality.
