I am so pleased to have found Carl.
I needed to have my wedding ring resized which he did within a week.
Unfortunately I had asked for the wrong size but Carl then made a further adjustment to it and was returned a couple of days later!
He has done an excellent job both with the fit and appearance and kept me informed as to his progress every step of the way.
His expertise and customer service are second to none and I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who needs a jewellery repair etc.

Just had a ring returned from Carl,who put a new shank on it! I couldn't be happier with it, it's like new again, & cost a LOT less than I was quoted locally ! I can't recommend highly enough ! 5*****

I recently contacted Carl about some work on creating a mixed gold & silver charm bracelet out of 2 existing bracelets. Carl's communication and service has been excellent & prompt, both whilst I was enquiring and in completing the work. I have been impressed with his attention to detail (my brief was quite complicated). I now have my finished bracelet back in super quick time & absolutely delighted with it.

It’s this simple if you have jewelry needing repaired send it here without question. I had my wife old engagement ring which was completely wrecked I thought beyond repair. I went to many local jewelers that would not repair it and just wanted silly money or to sell me new ring. Then I found this jeweler.
He was thorough throughout keeping me fully informed from start to finish and answering my questions without delay informing me of different levels of repair and associated costs. I went for a more costly repair and I was even allowed time to pay for it.
Oh my god on getting ring back you could not tell it was damaged it is like new very high standard of work absolutely delighted and will use again without hesitation. Amazing service you will definitely not regret

Can’t recommend Carl enough. This is the second time I have used him. This time he replaced the very thin warn out shank on a ring with a completely new thicker one. He has matched the 9ct gold in perfectly, you would never know the ring has been taken apart and put back together. Thank you so much Carl for a brilliant job and the ring was back with me in just over a week. He also took 2 pairs of old 9ct gold earrings and off set the value of these against the repair saving me money. Thank you Carl

I sent Carl a small yellow gold ring to be platted with Rhodium this week. I couldn’t be happier with the service and the results.
I contacted Carl via email with photos of said ring he replied very quickly with a very reasonable quote and his address.
I sent the ring recorded delivery. The next working day I received an email with an invoice (which I could pay using Apple Pay if I wanted.) Then Carl sent me my ring back special delivery!
My ring looks fantastic I couldn’t be happier with the results and I would recommend the Jewellery Chap aka Carl to anyone that will listen!
