Good comms, great work, friendly service, got a tennis braclet made 1 inch longer, work looks great, very happy.

I was struggling to find anywhere that could alter a steel bracelet.
This company was brilliant from start to finish. Quote, carriage of items and carrying out the alterations. A really professional service.

I had been told from a few local jewellers that my ring could not be repaired, so I looked online and found Jewellery repairs UK. The communication from the offset was great and well organised postage. I sent my ring in and was told the repair could be done and given a clear price, I have just received it back and it is like new. I am delighted to finally be able to wear it again. Thanks to the Jasmine and the Team at Jewellery Repairs uk.

Highly recommend! High street jewellers were going to cost me a fortune to resize my ring, however this company was around £100 cheaper!!! They even offered more than the high street and everything was done with great quality. Very easy process and very friendly customer service!

Absolutely brilliant service and repair of my Swarovski bracelet which I had snagged on a jumper and broken it between the crystals. I couldn’t see the repair and was so pleased it was returned as new. Treasured present from my children and means so much to be able to wear it again.

What can I say….i was sceptical at first not knowing about the small business however, I need not of worried . I had my wedding ring and engagement ring repaired at a local jewellers. The repair was not good and split. We took it back they repaired it. It broke again. So I searched online and found Jewellery repairs. They sent out an envelope. Replied quickly and gave a fair price for the work. Even gave me a range of options. The rings have come back amazing. I am so happy to have them back and much stronger and better than ever.

Excellent service. My repair work was a bit tricky as the setting of the stone was different from the shape of the stone. Jasmine ensured I had many options to choose from and the ring has come back perfect.
