Complete fraud ordered 4 months ago no response to multiple emails f this company

I ordered one year ago. I paid 70€ and never got my order. It’s a scam.

i paid 6 months ago and even left a tip, i got nothing

I ordered and still havent received my package (its been 3 weeks) if i could get an update or something i will change my rating accordingly! Order number #15035

DO NOT BUY!! You will not get your stuff and if you don’t believe me look at the other reviews and there is PROOF on social media about him.
He’s replying to a lot of these reviews saying they aren’t a real costumer but what they have to say is not fake they are trying to spread awareness with what happened to other people. This seller is also EXTREMELY hostile towards buying costumers and will send you THREATS on social media for confronting him about his actions!! Super unprofessional and you’re better off buying off Amazon or Etsy from a different seller there are alternatives out there to not waste your money on this loser.

i ordered on the 8th of October, 89,91€ in total counting shipping too, i messaged you on instagram dms and got fully ignored, dm you on other accounts of yours too and got blocked, emailed you, everything that i could but 0 responses or updates.

What’s insane to me is you can respond to the fake reviews and all the messages you are getting but can’t bare to say something to me directly. Ordered a while back and never got my jewelry I ordered for my girl, eventually I gave up and had to shop elsewhere. ACE needs to get his stuff in gear because this is by far the worst experience I’ve had trying to get stuff. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere

Bought a peep chain and a earring and chain bundle still didn’t receive anything after 3 months total scam

Placed order Oct, 22nd 2025 for a pair of earrings for my son for Christmas. Sent email beginning of December no response.... It's now February and I sent another email.

I had to come on here and make another comment about something I kept seeing them saying. You guys repeatedly say that you’re not responsible for the orders once they’re being shipped, you mean to tell me that your not responsible for the 50 people or more who complain about them not receiving their orders even after a year!! And all you guys have to say about it is that you’re not responsible for them. If that was the case I don’t understand why they proceed to advertise bullshit and they don’t even have the decency to post on social media a PSA about delays or anything absolutely nothing and they have terrible communication I don’t even understand why they’re even a business if they can’t even perform the right actions that makes a business a business. This is all about comfort and what they do and don’t wanna do they just wanna keep taking your money and if this wasn’t the case then they’d let their customers know.

I ordered some items in Nov for a Christmas present total cost $158. I got the initial email and then no follow up at all no tracking and I still haven’t received the items or any info and it’s February. I even emailed them 3 times and no response. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I placed an order for earrings (Delivery to Poland) on December 2, 2025. Since the initial automated confirmation, it has been total radio silence. No tracking number was ever provided, and they have completely ignored every single one of my follow-up emails. The 'Shop' tracking app remains stuck on 'waiting for details.'

This company uses a classic stalling tactic. They will tell you 'it’s coming' or blame the courier just to push you past the 60-120 day window where a chargeback is possible. Don't fall for it. Legally, the seller is responsible for the item until it reaches your door - do not let them shift the blame to the delivery service.

I’ve already recovered my funds via a Revolut chargeback. If you decide to risk it with them, only use Visa or Mastercard so you have protection. If they ghost you for more than 4 weeks, stop waiting and call your bank. Don't be afraid to hit them with a chargeback - it’s the only language these scammers understand.
