michelle was really helpful with setting up my claim, professional is an understatement really understanding and listens to what happened and not pushing to hurry the call up

My case took almost 2 years but I believe that's the norm. I did have about 3 different handlers during that time but each one kept me in the picture. My case was handled very professionally and when I was offered a settlement I was advised not to accept and I was given a higher offer. So very grateful for all the help and understanding I was given. I would highly recommend JFLaw

My wife had an accident in March and we contacted JF LAW via goggle search. When Tracy contacted us to discuss our claim she was extremely professional and displayed high levels of customer service.
She kept us fully informed at all times throughout the process always advising us as to next steps.

It's quite simple do not use this company. Claim has been dragged out for 2 and a half years. In that time they have lied to me, changed a medical report to get a cheaper specialist without even mentioning it to me and refused me getting a second opinion even if I paid for it myself. Then they threatened me with an ultimatum of accept the wrong specialists report, a hip and knee replacement specialist for a back injury, or find another firm. So I took it to another firm and they found more issues with the firm including lying about the other party admitting liability when they haven't in reality. All with constant delays between contact. I repeat do not use.
