Josh did an amazing job on my vintage Yashicamat - after answering lots of questions for me I sent it in with a jammed shutter and it was returned a week later fully serviced and operating like it was brand new. His prices are very reasonable so I can see many more vintage cameras being purchased and sent across in the near future. Highly recommend.

The staff is super efficient and responds extremely fast to any question you have and the cameras are awesome and fantastic!!! And the delivery is very fast and if there is any problem Josh will help you immediately!!!

Bought an Olympus Trip in superb condition. Josh responds to emails quickly. Delivery was quick and the camera was well packaged. The page of tips was useful in getting started with the camera.

I got myself an extremely reasonably priced Minolta X300. I’d had my eye on it for a while, and pulled the trigger on it.

He must have been away at the time of purchase, as his website had a banner on it telling you when orders would be dispatched. Great communication before I’d even ordered.

The camera arrived in 2 days after dispatch, very well packaged, with a roll of film and a tips and tricks sheet. This sheet also had a list of checks/repairs that had been done. I can’t believe this camera was made pre 1990. It’s older than me, and looks way better haha. It also came with a strap, which was a surprise as it wasn’t listed as an accessory.

Can’t wait to send my film back for developing. I believe there’s a discount on the first one which is also a great perk!

He also has a great Instagram page. It’s clear photography is a passion. I’m sure if I have any questions, I’ll be referring back to JFR, and I’ll be covered.

Contacted JFR on a weekend. They got straight back to me. Dealt with all my questions and came back with a speedy reasonable quote for an X-700 repair. Camera was sent and returned within the week. Brilliant service. Thanks!

Thought I had damaged my film advance in my Olympus Trip 35 camera, and found Josh through some google searching. What made the experience incredible was that my film advance was not broken, just a faulty film roll inside had caused a jam. Josh resolved the issue and offered to send me back my camera for a small postage fee, with no other charges for resolving my issue, I really appreciated having the choice! I decided to opt for the £80 full service, and I can honestly say it was worth every penny and more. The exterior was fully cleaned and adding in my new film spool I can feel the difference!! Turn around time was super quick too. Furthermore the addition of a free roll of 24 exposure film takes the customer service to the next level.
The best of the best, if I have any future issues I will 10000% be coming back

I recently sent an old camera to Jfrfilm for repair and the experience was excellent. Josh was familiar with the fault, quoted a very reasonable price and suggested some additional work to bring the camera back to 100%.
