The wall lights are bespoke.
The wall lights are bespoke and just what we were looking for. Very good quality and lovely shades.
Their customer service was excellent. I initially had a problem with the delivery but that was the fault of the carrier.,Jim Lawrence quickly resolved the issue. Very happy with the products.

Good service & quality products fairly priced

I love Jim Lawrence lights. I’ve been renovating my home and have bought quite a few lights from here now and the quality and service is brilliant. I recently purchased Bonham x 2 for my hallway and they are truly lovely, well crafted, elegant. I also find the customer service to be really good here. Very quick to answer, very efficient. The answer might appear contradictory, because the goods have been sent twice, but not delivered.
DPD has lost 🙄 both parcels and don’t have a trustworthy word of explanation.

Excellent customer service
One of our brass front door bolts broke - although it had been 8 years since the original purchase, Jim Lawrence repaired the bolt and returned it at their own expense. This is why we buy so many of their products - beautiful items and excellent customer service!

I bought the Derby Spot lamps and various pendant lamp shades 10 years ago and they still look as good as new. I would highly recommend this company. The service and quality of the products is excellent.
