He was very helpful and very professional throughout all the proces, very fast results and very easy to follow and understand advises. He was working even extra of hours in order to provide with answers for all your questions so you can have a piece of mind.( as first time buyers we had a lot of them)

Ryan is just brilliant! He made us feel very much at ease with the whole process having being first time buyers. He was always at the end of the phone updating me and was speedy quick from when we had our offer accepted. We had issues with our solicitors and Ryan stepped in as a second voice to help, he went above and beyond. We also used JLM for our insurances, dealing with Kish who was also brilliant and helped us out in this area we had no clue on. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I started looking for a mortgage in January 2020. I found every lender, estate agent and broker deeply unhelpful and dismissive of anyone who wasn’t earning huge amounts of money.

That was until I sat down at Peter Stirrup’s desk. He was exceptionally professional, cheerful, and knew his stuff inside and out. Despite my low mortgage need and salary etc, this never affected how great his service was. He assessed my needs, sourced me a mortgage which really works for me, and when obstacles presented themselves, he’d already have gone out of his way to solve them before I even knew about them. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him throughout, and even on his days off he’d still find time to ring me back if needed. Not one did he ever mention himself getting paid, or when, not once did he think of himself, he was completely focused on just making sure I got the best possible deal, no matter the cost.

Thanks to his dedication, I’m now moving into my first home in a couple of days, and am already looking forward to dealing with him again when the time comes to rebroke my mortgage.

My partner and I are just about to complete the process of buying our first house, and could not be happier with the service we received at JLM Mortgage Services. Peter Lambley, our mortgage advisor, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, always quick to respond to our questions, of which there were plenty given this is our first house. Peter is very knowledgeable and really helped us through the complex process of buying a house which we did not know anything about before we met him. Kish was also incredibly helpful when it came to putting life insurance in place for us, another thing we knew nothing about previously! I honestly could not recommend JLM Mortgages enough, we only really dealt with Peter and Kish but they were both excellent and extremely knowledgeable.

As first time buyers buying a house seemed extremely daunting but Phil made the whole process extremely easy as he was able to explain everything in a way that we understood.

Amazing! We were in a bit of a pickle with our offer accepted, we couldn't get hold of the free mortgage advisor we had used to get our initial AIP. Our estate agents wanted a lender AIP quickly and so that's when I found JLM Mortgage Services. I had a call back from Ryan the very same day. He found us a great first-time buyer mortgage deal within hours of our initial call. He has been nothing but helpful, timely, and just brilliant so far and we can't thank him/JLM enough! We sent across our documents for our application after working-hours and by the very next morning, we had our lender AIP! Unlike the free mortgage advisor, he replied to all my email questions quickly, answered my calls every time, and helped us to understand anything we didn't being first time buyers. I would 100% recommend using this company over ANY free mortgage advisor... It's so worth it! Thank you

Dealing with Phil and the team was exceptional. Able to secure us products which fitted out situation and needs. Lengthily conversation explaining the process and expected timeframes even fitting in around our shift patterns to accommodate. Could not recommend enough.
Even discussed Life Insurance policies and was passed onto another colleague, Kish who again was exceptional in the service being delivered.

What a great recommendation as Sebastian has been amazing from day one in getting us timely, accurate information to base our decisions on and then acting quickly to secure the best deal.

In renewing our mortgage just last month with our current lender, we made contact with Sebastian at 3pm on a Friday and had the confirmation email from the bank by 5pm that same day.. two hours from query to confirmation! That's unbeatable.. and gives us peace of mind for the next couple of years.
